How do we achieve this? First of all GDEL develops all parts in a way which is suitable for both function and production (we are right to be proud of the creativity of our designers). Secondly GDEL produces all the parts itself. Thanks to a great manufacturing depth we dont just determine quality and timescales but also control the production costs. We also act in a very flexible way (the efficiency of our production can thus be seen in the same way). We also use our own people to write the modularly designed software for our systems: GDEL offers you comprehensive automation. This will be to your immediate benefit. After all if everything comes from one source then only one person is responsible. With GDEL you only have one contact person: competent and reliable and also global. This applies for GDEL components, modules, robots, as well as for systems.

Developing a sound construction kit is without question one of the most fascinating and also one of the most difficult of tasks GDEL has solved it comprehensively. The automation construction kit is based on precisely produced components that can be clearly and safely exchanged with similar standard elements where necessary (produced rationally in series). An intelligently designed construction kit promises (with a high degree of reliability and a good price/ performance ratio) variety and variability GDEL keeps this promise and fulfils individual customer requirements. In this way it is possible to combine the components in accordance with the respective task for one or multiple axis modules for linear movements highly dynamically, very precisely and extremely quietly. The modules can handle weights from just a few kilos up to several tons, depending on your requirements.

SERvICE Sales makes the first order but system availability and service win the second (and every subsequent one): all GDEL products are therefore trimmed to the lowest possible wear; their maintenance is also very straightforward. And if it is nonetheless required, support will be with you quickly (worldwide). SPARE PARTS That is a further advantage of an intelligently designed construction kit built with great manufacturing depth: all important replacement parts are readily available close to customers worldwide. TRAINING Now an excellent automation system with first class components, modules and robots, a prompt and competent service and quickly available replacement parts is not everything: skilled operators are a fundamental requirement for a high degree of efficiency with complex appliances. For this reason GDEL will not just train you in operation of the handling appliances before and after commissioning but also in upkeep and (preventative) maintenance. HELP DESk Automation systems which work in 24/7 mode need correspondingly available support: seven days a week round the clock this is provided by GDEL in a highly professional manner with short response times (remote diagnosis via modem is of course recommended for the customer). MAINTENANCE Service intervals and maintenance plans are set down individually depending on the automation system installed. Regular inspections by GDEL service engineers are one of the optional services, which go as far as lubricant changes
