Contrary to many peoples' belief, the soul leaves the body on a daily basis. This is why Godcreated sleep.

And contrary to many peoples' belief, we (and every other living creature of consciousness) sleep because the soul needs rest from the body, not the other way around. Most people believe that the body sleeps because it needs rest. God created you, a creature of true perfection. There is a much higher purpose for sleep, and it is not because your body hasgrown weary from the days activities. Rest is all the human body needs to recuperate.God has carefully inserted sleep into the human experience with the illusion of it beingnecessary for the body. This is part of the same illusion that caused you to forget "Who YouReally Are" when you were born. I know this all seems hard to believe, but as I have eluded to,much of what you will read within this book will run directly contrary to what you were "implantedwith" by your church and parents. Physiologically, the body gets plenty of rest during "downtime".It is the Soul which needs rest from containing the body.Where does the soul go during such excursions? Well, there are several possibilities. The Soulis capable of moving through the space-time continuum at fantastic speeds. Faster than any"physical" object that, according to Einstein, cannot exceed the speed of light.Because the Soul has no boundaries on how

fast it can travel, it therefore has no boundaries onwhere it travels too. With this capability, the Soul can easily travel through time as well asdimension. When you dream, you are experiencing the reality that your soul has chosen to experience.Dreams that seem to foresee the future, actually choose to go to that particular "future" and your consciousness, your Mind, returns with some of the residual energy from it's "experience" andyour mind perceives this as a dream. If your mind and soul were in sync when you were"sleeping" the dream may very well come true. Many people report "dreams" of being someoneelse; this could quite possibly be the soul traveling faster than the speed of light to a point in"history" where you were someone else living a completely different life. I myself, often dreamthat I am not myself, and do not recognize anyone in my dream, although I am behaving as if Iknew them all of my life. I believe that my soul is choosing to re-live a situation in a "past" or perhaps a "future" life. Remember, the soul has no boundaries like the body and mind. Whenthere is an inner conflict with the Mind, Body, Spirit connection, Dreams may take on a distortedbehavior. Things may not make sense, or seem completely absurd, or even frightening, causingthe familiar Nightmare experience.Your Soul may even choose an alternate reality that you have never physically experienced inthe past nor the future. You are a creature of both perfection, and creation. you can create suchan experience and now that you have, although in a dream, you Now Have Experienced itnonetheless! It seems perfectly logical, that if your soul chooses, it could choose to return to the "Life You AreNOW Living"; even though your soul is simultaneously living in several, possibly hundreds of lifetimes at once, independent of the mind that occupies each of them from knowing each othersexistence. The Soul can choose to live, or re-live as many of its favorite life experiences as itchooses, since it is not bound by a God that puts upon our souls limitations of any kind. In asense, the Soul can "hop" from place to place in the space time continuum all at once since timeitself is merely a mental construction, not a limitation of the Soul. The fact that the soul travels to "Realities" that the person experiencing the dream, will never actually experience in that particular life; needs to be addressed. There is an analogy that willhelp.Reality is far more complex than most humans understand with regard to the subject we aretouching upon. A video game is a good, close (although not exact) analogy. On a game disc, theprogrammer must include all of the possibilities, all of the possible outcomes to every possibleinput by the joystick. The console is the processor that brings the operator in touch with thecontents of the disc. How does this all apply to Reality? Reality does not simply consist of everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen.Like the Game disc, Reality consists of every possible outcome. Reality simply awaits your choice, your input with the joystick, if you will. Reality is far more complex than most humanscould possibly comprehend. "Alternate Realities" already exist, awaiting your choices. Thereexists a reality that your soul is capable of visiting, where the world will end in a nuclear holocaust, for example. Another where the world will be hit by an Earth ending asteroid, and soon ad infinitum. This is just part of God's great grand scheme of things. It aids in your ability to have truefreedom of choice. There is no pre-destination. No "book" of how things turned out in Heaven. After all of this mention of the soul's ability to travel through Time as we understand it, someexplanation is in order. Weather the Universe began with the Big Bang, or "Breathes in and out"-in a never ending expansion/ contraction cycle as some cosmologists have suggested, it isactually irrelevant

to my theories. You see, time and space are one and the same on many levels. This may be difficult to comprehend, but every occurrence that has ever been, is locatedsomewhere in the universe. As we on the Earth follow the expansion of the Universe, we get theillusion of the "flow" of Time. However, picture the Universe suddenly contracting. Everythingwould happen in reverse. People would walk backwards etc. Time would seem to movebackwards. Eventually you would return to your childhood. So, it becomes obvious that when Isay that everything that has ever happened, is happening and will happen, is happening all atonce. means that your Soul, being the only possible thing capable of traveling anywhere in theUniverse in an instant has the ability to travel back and allow you to re experience your past. Tothose who say that the mind simply stores memories, like a computer, well, that could also betrue, and probably is. I am simply stating that the Soul is more than capable of revisiting a place/time in space anywhere in the universe(s). This would in theory produce the actual experience, asopposed to the memory of the limited brain.
