4. (a) A dual slope integrating type A/D converter has an integrating capacitor of
0.1µf and a resistance of 100 KΩ. If the reference voltage is 2V and output of
an integrating is not to exceed 10V what is the max time the reference voltage
can be integrated?

Also derive the condition for balance.
