1.0 Introduction: Gas Agency Management System is a system which stores the records of the customers and provides The gas cylinders as per the customers need. Even if the stock is low alert signals are been provided. This requires availability check at regular intervals. This system also provides the facility like transfer of customers. Therefore this system is very useful to allocate the cylinders to the general and the commercial customers.

1.1 Purpose:

Gas Agency Management system provides user friendly way of managing records of the gas cylinders. This system enables to track the data of all the cylinders available, cylinders that have been sold and kept. Hence it proves very beneficial for the customers daily needs.

Scope:

Basic Features: Create different customers and assign them cylinders as per their need. Authenticate all users of the system Automated system to see the status of each cylinder

Search particular customer according to Name / Address / Ph_No and other details Provides alert signals on low stock availability. The customer is not allowed to demand for cylinder within 21 days.
