What are the types of assignments that keep you engaged & what are those which dont motivate you? I am very much positive thinker. I believe that there is something positive in everything that happens to us thus al ways try to find positive essence of everything that happens to me. I am very much social person thus the assignments which helps me realise about my duties & responsibilities, keep me engaged. I love to do anything which keeps me busy intellectually as we ll as emotional. I like to read inspirational books like Think & Grow Rich by Nepolian hill & Stay Hungry & stay Foolish by Rashmi bansal and many more. I love to do anything which helps the people. I love to spend time with my family & friends. I love to cook & watch movies. I give preference to travelling whenever i get time for 2 -3 days cause it helps me to explore myself in every possible way. I have travelled a lot across all over India & experienced intellectual experiences. I love walking alone i n an evening & listening to birds because it makes me realize myself, my goals & objectives. I dont find motivated doing lethargic works like lying down on bed for hours, watching TV for the whole day. I dont like spending whole day alone doing nothing.

2. Describe an incident that has happened on you & brought up significant change. Life has given me lot of chances to learn & understand various phases of it. I have seen so many ups & down in my life but there is an incident which not only brought significant change in my attitude but also changed my viewpoint towards life. I always wanted to do B. Tech from very prestigious institute i.e. IITs but I learnt about this when I was studying Junior college in Nagpur. So I didnt plan its study & went to Kota, the city of IIT coaching after completing my HSC. My family was not supporting me for this cause as my parents thought it a immature decision & that time my family background was very mediocre. But still my parents arranged Rs. 50000 anyhow to fulfil my wish. I went to Kota & joined one coaching centre. After spending one week there, I realised that it would take me minimum 2 years to cope up with the IIT level. I found it very difficult to spend a single day thereafter whenever I was thinking about how I neglected my parents advice. I had missed Engineering CAP rounds also being in Kota. I was in complete mess. I came back to my city & took admission in one Engineering college through Management quota. I not only lost faith for me in my pare nts eyes but also lost chances to take admission in top Engineering institute as I would have got admission in top 3 Engineering college of the city.

From the situation, I learnt that I should never think about ME but should think about WE. I wasted my parents hardened money also & thus starting from that day, I have never thought about I factor & started thinking in very positive way towards career & life. And due to my way of thinking towards life, today I could found myself as a JBites, one of the top B school in India.

3. Recommend any book to us & please mention how the book impacted you personally & why others should read it. I would like to recommend a book THINK & GROW RICH by Nepolian Hill . The Book has inspired me lot & eventually when I was going through tough phase of my life. While reading this book, I learnt about our thought process circle of a human being. Human being is an animal who always tries to find comfort factor for his life & still not find himself in a satisfactory phase whe never he achieved X factor. The book has taught me how to dreams, how to think big and how to convert our goals into reality. To be a successful man, one doesnt need only money though money is very important factor. But one needs the following factors st ep by step. 1. The power of Thought 2. Burning Desire 3. Passion 4. Faith 5. Imagination 6. Planning If one follows t he above facts, the person will find himself in a situation where he thinks he should be. I have analysed myself a lot after reading all those points in this book and worked according to that & now I find myself as a JBite which I wanted to be since last three years. I had thought about JB first & then followed the process of thought & the result is here in front of me. One should read this book as this book makes us aware about the inner power. It helps us to insight and brings out the best out of ones mi nd.
