The following "XXXXX SWOT ANALYSIS" is intended to identify attainable objectives by determining the desired end states, plans, policies, goals, strategies, tactics and actions necessary to achive our goal of XXXXX. Proficiency/Vulterability "Priority" Each factor should be rated based on its importance using an alphabetical scale from A to E, where A = very important B = important C = some importance D = little importance E = not important Action Identification Our SWOT Analysis reveals issues which translate into one of six action categories, and/or produce issues that overlay multiple categories. The objective is to identify what is good and bad about our business development strategy. The ultimate purpose is to improve by translating our Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and threats into action categories that can be agreed and owned by participating team members. Proficiency/Vulterability "Efficiency Level" Each factor is then rated based on proficiency (internal) or vulnerability (external) using a numerical scale from 1 to 5, where 1 = very proficient or not vulnerable 2 = proficient or little vulnerability 3 = average proficiency or some vulnerability 4 = poor proficiency or vulnerable 5 = deficient or very vulnerable. Action Category 1. Product (what are we selling?) 2. Process (how are we selling it?) 3. Customer (to whom are we selling it?) 4. Distribution (how does it reach them?) 5. Finance (what are the prices, costs and investments?) 6. Administration (and how do we manage all this?)

Ranking Priority Score Due to the complexity of SWOT issues and the abundance of competing priorities, in order to identify the highest payback Result Oriented Activities, ranking of significance is required and can be accomplished through an assesment of Vulnerability, Impact and Probibility of Occurance. By grouping Vulnerability Priorities and assigning a weight factor from 1-10 for Probability and Impact elements, multiplying these factors will result in a score which is in order of presidence segregated by Vulnerability. Assigned Action Categories then help to determine how to improve the company's positon within all factors and elements of the SWOT Analysis.
