Introduction
Beximco Pharma (BPL) is a leading edge pharmaceutical company based in Bangladesh. It has been the trendsetter in Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Market since its inception in 1979. Over the last decade BPL actually rose to a new standard moving beyond manufacturing quality medicines to win mind share of patients, physicians, shareholders, business partners, and communities where they work and live. Their dedication to add more value to the common wealth of the society compounded by innovative strategies for growth and diversification, pioneering role in bringing new technology and implementing new ideas, and commitment for total quality management distills the glory of their success. The organization we have selected for our report study is Beximco Pharmaceuticals LTD. In the report, we will try our best to exemplify how the basic functions of MIS are exercised in Beximco Pharma. We also discussed the BPLs goals, mission and vision.

Rationale of the Study


We propose this study because as a student of BBA department we have to acquire knowledge in different companies on the different departments or sectors. If we know the specific problem of those departments in which they are facing in their activities, it could help us in our career when we will face like this kind of problem in future. If we know the way of overcome of those specific problems we can easily solve it. If faculty of business administration or our University knows elaborately about these problems as department-wise, they could teach us in different ways and also teach us how to overcome those problems. Different kind of business sectors would also be beneficiated by our study and could also know various kinds of suggestions or ways of solutions when they would also face like those type of problems in their company.

Statement of the Problems:

Scope and Delimitation of the Study:


Our study could be refined more sophisticatedly by using techniques and models of Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management & Information Technology. Also the methodology could use observation and interview which has high potentially to make the results susceptible to both the interviewers & observers. Three departments of Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management and Information Technology give us the huge area for reporting and study.

Objectives of the Study


a. General objective To identify the department- wise problems How to solve this problem strategically b. Specific objective

Want to learn about different departments-wise tasks, know the way of implementation of information technologies and internet technologies, and also know the way of operating business technically.

Methodology of the Study:


To complete our report and research we used some methods. The methods arePrimary data would collect for the purpose to complete the report which includes both quantitative and qualitative data. Secondary data includes both internal and external data. Internal data were collected through internet and newspapers. By interview initially understanding can be developed. To find out the problems of the departments of the organization Observation method can be used which includes the records of the whole organizations.
