Alfa Valves is a producer of soft seat, metal seat and re-safe seat HIGH PERFORMANCE buttery valves. The valves are manufactured according ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and is designed and tested to meet or exeed the most general industrial standards and are a result of a long time experience in the design and manufacturing of valves.

Alfa Valves High Performance buttery valves are available in sizes 2 through 12 (Larger nominal diameters on requist) in both WAFER and LUG type. Pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators with ancillary equipment, such as solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners etc. can be supplied. Also availble: Valves with actuator and free shaft end to suit existing operating methods as described above.

PRINCIPLE OF SEAT SEALING

Soft seat: Elasticity of the seat and uid pressure assures perfect bubble tight sealing.

Fire safe seat: After a re when the PTFE-R seat has burned away, the supplementary metal sealing seat activates automatically and prevent from excessive op.

Metal seat: This version offers very high sealing capability with an unusually low leakage rate.
