AGM: PIZZAS
Kit emailed Pizza Company, to repeat last deal of 2 for 1. 14 Pizzas, however some of the Pepperoni to be switched to Marguerite. Total Cost 70.00

AGM STRUCTURE
Start off with Reports/Reviews: Financial Report received from Mark, Constitutional Amendments: Perhaps with take 1 and a half hours, 8:30 PM: Pizza Break, Mentioned that Jessica has spoke with Emma Smiley and Emma Parker and both have fellowships, Dij noted as potential for Honorary Position, Emma Smiley and Louise Welsh also noted as potentials, It was also agreed that in order to facilitate speed, handout copies would be available for reports, reviews and for the AV Voting System. - Kirsty entered the committee Meeting, Jessica stated that there was nothing in the constitution to bar those who are not present from standing. Provisional date for Committee Dinner give as Monday the 18th: 7:30 PM,

RESPONSES TO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS


Point made to have one of the roles of Treasurer and to initiate and look into funding raising, Constitutional Clause IV added which shall ensure to be responsible for the financial wellbeing of the association. Also mentioned that there should be a rewording of Executive privileges, also there was a concern that the VP Admin was not overworked and that removing the Welfare from executive might remove the emphasis from the Association as being welfare orientated. Note made to address these concerns with the AGM, Point made that the Mens and Womens Officer may reduce their events, so would hold 1 specific welfare, and 1 specific social.

LGBT FORUM
There was interests from Religious Groups, Edinburgh LGBT and the Police to do events together. The Police would be on reporting homophobic crime, Religious Group would be discussion on religion and homophobia. Edinburgh LGBT wanted to go swimming.

SRC IDEAS
Poster to be done with GUSA: to get the team leaders from the sports societies to be taken with a Rainbow Flag, and placed within the Stevenson Building.

VOTE COUNTING
Verity mentioned as possibility for vote counting. Jessica to get list of numbers following Committee Meeting,

CHAIR TAKING OVER ORDER

Attempt to have amend to change the order of the chair, if so the order would be Jessica, Graeme In not passed order will be, Jessica, Kirsty, Joanna,

CONSTITUTIONAL REWORDING
Rewording of the constitutional amendments had been emailed to the President in order to try and prevent confusion and ambiguity arising. Parts of the constitutional amendments were reworded, It was decided to include an explanation of the Voting system that would be used in order to prevent confusion.

PAST PRESIDENT
Getting rid of the Past President, was initially discussed but was decided against. It was decided to strike parts c and e from the powers of the Past President, There was a split vote over whether to change the Past President to having had served a whole term, or having the Past President as the previous President. It was also proposed that Past President could be opened up to all previous presidents, so that the current President would have more than one person to go to for within the initial stages. OTHER BUSINESS
It was mentioned that Men had asked if they were able to come to the Womens Pudding Event, it was decided to place a message to those invited stating that the event was a Womens Only Event. It was also mentioned that the recent Stonewall Talk would of great use to the Committee.
