Mr. Birla is an Industrialist and has rich business experience. Mr. Birla has been a Director of Orient Paper & Industries Ltd., since September 29, 1978. He has been an Independent Non Executive Director of Hindustan Motors Ltd., since January 1982. He has been a Non Executive Director of Hyderabad Industries Ltd., since February 4, 1980. Mr. Birla serves as a Director of Gmmco Ltd., Birlasoft Ltd., The Indian Smelting And Refining Company Limited., Birla Associates Pvt. Ltd., Singapore, Nigeria Engineering Works Ltd., Nigeria, Birlasoft Inc., U.S.A, Birlasoft (U.K.) Ltd., London and Panafrican Paper Mills (E.A.) Ltd., Kenya. Mr. Birla served as a Director of Century Textiles & Industries Limited since May 2, 1996 and Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd. (formerly, Dabur Pharma Ltd.) from July 14, 2006 to August 29, 2007. He studied B.A.

Around 1857, one of the momentous periods in Indian history: Late Mr. Shiv Narain Birla set forth from his ancestral home of Pilani, Rajasthan to establish a trading house in Mumbai. Solid Waste Management - Services BTS provides design, project management and EPC services for solid waste management. Our overseas technology partner, Stantec Consulting International Ltd., Canada, has executed hundreds of projects in solid waste management including master planning, treatment & disposal, design & engineering of landfills, contaminant management, decontamination and restoration, environmental site assessment, due diligence audits and environmental audits.
