Résumé :

L’innovation considérée comme une fonction principale dans l'entreprise

d'aujourd’hui n'échappe pas de cette perspective où l'IE va contribuer en faveur de
cette activité. L'entreprise algérienne dans cet écosystème mondiale évolutif est
appelée à assurer sa place et renforcer sa position en suivant une approche basée
sur l'intelligence économique dans sa gestion et dans ses activités d'innovation. C'est
dans ce contexte, l’objet de ce mémoire est de comprendre l’articulation intelligence
économique-innovation et de positionner l’entreprise algérienne par rapport à cette
relation.

Nous avons suivi la méthode qualitative dans notre démarche d’enquête, et analysé
les résultats des interviews avec l’analyse de contenue d’une manière manuelle,
regroupons et classifions les réponses dans un tableau contient les fréquences des
réponses communs, et formulons les hypothèses générées a partir de ce tableau, et
on a constaté qu’une démarche d’innovation articulé sur l’intelligence économique
est la démarche optimale pour promouvoir l’innovation industrielle en Algérie.

Abstract:

The innovation considered as a main function in the company of today does not
escape from this perspective or the EI will contribute in favor of this activity. The
Algerian company in this evolving global ecosystem is called upon to ensure its place
and strengthen its position by following an approach based on economic intelligence
in its management and in its innovation activities. It is in this context, the purpose of
this dissertation is to understand the link between economic intelligence and
innovation and to position the Algerian company in relation to this relationship.

We followed the qualitative method in our survey approach, and analyzed the
results of the interviews with the content analysis in a manual way, grouping and
classifying the answers in a table which contain the frequencies of the common
answers, and we formulated the new generated hypotheses from this table, and it
was found that an innovation based on economic intelligence approach is the
optimal approach to promote industrial innovation in Algeria.

‫النشاط‪ .‬إن الشركة الجزائرية في هذا النظام البيئي العالمي المتطور مدعوة لضمان مكانتها‬

‫في هذا السياق يندرج الغرض من هذه الرسالة‪ ،‬و هو محاولة فهم العالقة بين الذكاء اإلقتصادي>‬
‫واإلبتكار> من جهة‪ ،‬ووضع الشركة الجزائرية بالنسبة لهذا النهج‬

‫لقد اتبعنا المنهج الكيفي(الوصفي) في هذا التحقيق‪ ،‬مستخدمين في تحليل نتائجه‪ ،‬تحليل المحتوى>‬
‫بطريقة ذاتية بدون إستعمال البرامج حيث تع تجميع و تصنيف إجابات المحوارات> في جدول‬
‫متضمن لترددات االجابات المتماثلة‪ ،‬حيث تم إستخالص الفرضيات المنتجة بواسطة هذا الجدول‬

‫أضهرت النتائج أن إتباع نهج إللبتكار قائم> على الذكاء اإلقتصادي> هوالنهج األمثل لترويج‬
‫اإلبتكار الصناعي في المؤسسات الجزائرية‬
