I,................................S/o Sh.............. R/o........................ aged aboutyears, do hereby solemnly, declare and undertake as under:1. That the deponent is the absolute owner of ... .. ... vide sale deed dated, and I am competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the deponent is having physical possession over the property. That I undertake not to sell off or part
with or dispose off the aforesaid property until and unless all the due amount of the loan is liquidated. 3. That the aforesaid property is free from all type of encumbrances such as prior sale, mortgage, gift, taxes, lien, charges, litigation, dispute, attorneys, agreements, encroachments, minor claims, violation of statutory rules and bye laws, etc., and the I have a clear and marketable title to the Bank for the loan to be advanced to ...I am mortgaging the said property to the Bank as security, with his free will consent and without any pressure of any kind.

4. The deponent undertakes to get the property in question registered in her name in the office of registrar and
further mutated in her name in records of Municipal Corporation, BSES (electricity) and in Jal Board and submit the originals receipt of the same in bank. 5. The deponent undertakes to pay the property tax regularly in future and also undertakes to deposit the documents and the tax / govt. dues receipts in the Bank and state that there is no other tax of any kind due upon the said property and undertake to pay all the due taxes at my own, without putting any burden/liability upon the aforesaid property. 6. That the deponent has deposited the entire original documents to the Bank and has not kept any documents in respect with him. 7. That the deponent to pay the property tax, electric bill and water bills if any etc. regularly and shall submit the same in the Bank.

8. That the deponent undertakes to abide by the byelaws / rule regulation of the
Authority / any other authority / society. 9. That the deponent undertakes to indemnify all the losses / damages arising due to the dispute to the property in question. 10. That the deponent undertakes that there is no litigation at any stage in the court or any where for the property in question. 11. That the deponent undertakes that nothing is pending in revenue records against neither the property in question nor any litigation in the court of law. DEPONENT VERIFICATION Verified at Delhi on this day of.. 2011 that the contents given in Para no. 1 to 11 of my above affidavit are true and correct to my knowledge and nothing material fact has been concealed there from.
