Survey administrators to assess the areas in which they believe decisions should be reached collaboratively. Review board policy and administrative regulations regarding curriculum development, implementation, management, and evaluation. Analyze the district schedule and make recommendations for increased efficiency and meeting teachers needs. Interview a specialist and assess current needs, goals, and level of service provided by central office staff. Survey a specialist on methods used to encourage teacher motivation in workshops. Examine the district work improvement plans and provide an analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. Interview a counselor to discuss the types of services they have seen in the member districts and which ones they find most advantageous. Inventory the current administrative technology in use. Include major uses and any major concerns with thee forms of technology. Review the policies for district operations. Evaluate the extent to which the district is in compliance with the policies.
