We conducted a field study on this topic from a construction site which belongs to LEAD COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT, Dhoni, Palakad . during the field study we got excited by the informations collected from the Bengali labours.when we comparing the wages in between kerala and Bengal, they will get high wages from kerala, they chosen kerala for working is because of so many reasons they facing there like: Unemployment Social disparities Illiteracy Lack of good working conditions Number of dependents is high Improper wage system Absence of safety Political problems Workload is high Moreover in kerala there are so many vacancies especially for the construction field and mining fields. We understood a great fact from our field study that the bengali labours feels better like what the malayalees feels in gulf countries. Their practices of waste disposal pose problems of public health and environment. Their working and living conditions and habits make them suffer from a number of diseases.
