ROBBIE VAILOCES President Foundation University Student Government Foundation University Dumaguete City Dear Mr. Vailoces: As an opening salvo for the 15th anniversary of the Youth AGENT for Development Federation (YADFed), a youth organization under the City Population Office, and in partnership with the City Tourism Office, in celebration of the Tourism Month, we proudly bring to you the Dumaguete YADFed Extreme Amazing Race on 17 September 2011. This whole-day event would be packed with activities that would cover the entire city where race participants would be passing through all major landmarks, and most exciting, a funpacked one-night concert at the Quezon Park will be staged as the finale of the race. In connection to the aforementioned event, we would like to request three bands from Foundation University to play on the finale. (The screening process will be done by us as soon as response is received.) After each band, we also ask that an intermission number be provided by your school showcasing your most talented students and groups. If you can require your students to be part of the audience, we will be more than happy. Should you have inquiries and other concerns, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to your cooperation. Thank you. Very truly yours,
