The Secret to Your Success is in the Networks you build eg you need to have a network of Lawyers, Bankers, other more Experienced Agents, Valuers, Investors, Developers, Corporates, etc

Ways to NETWORK
Volunteer Your Time & Serve on Committees of NGOs that you believe in Join Biz Network Clubs, etc When you Spot a Potential High Flyer dont lose touch with him

Best Way is thru Biz where the Skys the limit + You Determine Your Own Destiny! In Biz, you dont need really need Experiences, a Degree or even Money. All you need are Guts + the Ability to Talk Your Way thru!

YOUNG: Focus 80-90% of Your Time, Energy and Effort on Earning Money

OLDER: Focus More Time on Investments ie Putting Your Money to Work
