Gender of mantras

by Laura De Giorgio on March 7, 2011 According to tantras, mantras can be divided in three categories according to gender feminine, neutral, and masculine. Mantras ending in swah or swaha are considered to have feminine gender. Mantras ending in namah or namaha are considered to have neutral gender. Mantras ending in phat or hum phat are considered to have masculine gender. Regardless of the gender, they are considered equal in power and effectiveness.

Vedic, Tantric and Shaabar Mantras

by Laura De Giorgio on March 7, 2011 Vedic mantras are mantras which were experienced by rishis (sages) and are mentioned in the four Vedas. Vedic mantras contain Sanskrit words. Tantric mantras contain seed (bija) sounds all on their own or seed sounds may be added as samput to mantras composed of Sanskrit words. Shaabar mantras contain words that are not in Sanskrit but in local dialect and are intended to create the same resonance as Vedic mantras.

What can Sanskrit Mantras do for you

by Laura De Giorgio on January 1, 2010 Sanskrit is primarily an energy based language, where each sound puts you in resonance with a specific vibration. Everything in the universe, in your body and in your life, is made out of energy and everything vibrates with its own specific frequency. Sanskrit mantras can establish within you a resonance with the energies of health, prosperity, inner peace, love, protection, luck, illumination, happiness, and many others. Sanskrit mantras can help you to transform the energies that are preventing your enjoyment of life into the energies that can help you to live a fulfilling life. The rhythmic repetition of sanskrit mantras is hypnotic in effect. By chanting mantras, you can open the door of your subconscious mind and program your subconscious with desired outcomes. Even if you were to repeat mantras automatically, you would experience benefits, however you will experience the fastest results if you repeat mantras with a sense of devotion, having in mind the intent behind chanting the mantra and having an idea what is the mantra that you are chanting supposed to accomplish. As you begin working with mantras, the first beneficial effect you may become aware of is an increased peace of mind, and disappearance of any worries, fears or anxieties. You may experience increased sense of inner strength and well being. If you chant mantras aloud, you may experience your entire being vibrating so exquisitely triggering endorphins, pleasure hormones within you that if you suffered from any addictions,

you may find these addictions falling off of their own accord, because the inner pleasure will surpass whatever external addiction was able to do for you. You may also find different aspects of your life improving and harmonizing even if you didnt intend to work on them, simply because you will begin to synchronize yourself with greater harmony.

KLEEM or KLIM Tantric Seed Sound for Attraction

by Laura De Giorgio on May 24, 2010 Maria wrote, I would like to attract a man, possibly a husband, and I heard that Kleem mantra is used to attract women, is that true? Should I use different mantra to attract a man? Kleem, sometimes transcribed as Klim in English and pronounced is a seed sound of Kama the energy (deity) of attraction, desire and love. The mantra seed sound Kama is the sound that makes you magnetic to whatever you are contemplating when you are chanting in. It is a mantra of attraction and you can use it to attract anything in the material world whether a person, a relationship or material things. Seed sounds have different attributes and Kama is a seed sound that brings joy and sorrow, as everything in the material world is transient, everything in the material world comes and goes and what makes us happy while its in our lives, may make us sad when its no longer present. Spiritually speaking, attachment to material world sooner or later brings sorrow, while attachment to spiritual world, to that which is eternal brings permanent joy because it can never be taken away from you. Nevertheless, we do have material needs while we are in material world and Kama is one of those seed sounds that makes us irresistibly attractive to that which we desire to attract. Esoterically speaking, consciousness (Shiva) is masculine in nature and energy / power (Shakti) is feminine. Since withou Shakti the material world wouldnt exist, the entire manifestation of the material world (Mahamaya) is feminine in nature. When you chant Kleem you are drawing to you some aspect of the manifested world. It is for that reason that Kleem is said to attract feminine energy. Esoterically speaking, that feminine energy is not just a woman, but anything that is part of the manifested world. So, yes, you can use Kleem to attract a potential husband. There are many other mantras for attraction and sometimes men become more attractive to women when they chant mantras that bring out their feminine polarity, and women become more attractive to men when they bring out masculine polarity because on metaphysical level like attracts like. When you chant mantra, you begin to resonate with particular

vibration, with particular energy and while on physical level opposites attract, on esoteric level, like attracts like and by resonating with a particular vibration, you get in tune with it and you draw to yourself that which matches it most closely.
