You may pay to GMI through your Gold Bank which is the most common practice customers do, else you can buy online Gold E-Cards through Gold E-Card link, else you can ask your introducer to help you with new signup How can I purchase a Gold Coin at full payment? Once your Gold Account is activated, you may asks your up-liner or any other GMI customer you know to transfer balance amount of the product to your Gold Bank, once you have sufficient amount in your Gold Bank, simply go to your Gold Office and click redemption link to process, its between you and your up-liner to settle the payment amount. If your up-liner has no sufficient balance to transfer to your account you may send a draft to GMI and that amount will be credited to your Gold Bank. The manual redemption of the Gold Coin costs extra 10% of the total price. How can I purchase an Instant Watch? Once your Gold Account is created for Plan 3/3 Advance or 2/2, your watch is instantly dispatched to you, if you have selected Instant Product Redemption option. Refund:
How can I refund my money by Cool off refund? Customers are only been able to run Cool Off Refund if they have signed up in the system using Gold Bank Cash, customers who joined the system with Gold E-Card can not get Cool Off Refund, but they may send a Passport or ID copy at admin@goldmineint.com with an ownership transfer request for no Admin fee, please note that ownership transfer fee is charged after 5 days from the date of joining How can I refund my money by Non-active Refund? Any customer who is not active and has no transactions in the Gold Account can run Non-Active Refund after six months from the date of joining before crossing nine months, after running Non-Active Refund customer gets Golden Handshake Card, which could be used to signup a new person. How can I change my primary email?

Commission & Money Transfer:


Can I Get Commission without working? Your commission is paid as per the growth of your tree at both ends, if your tree is not growing at all no commission would be release,however we do not think that bringing two customers is not possible by every new customer, if every customer brings two new customers,your tree will keep growing and you keep getting your income on weekly basis. Please note that you can get commission forever on weekly basis, if your tree is keep growing at both ends.

When and how GMI pays commision? Commission is paid on every Monday for the new sets of customers who has completed 5 days cool off period under your tree by cut off day which is Sunday, if person has not completed 5 days under you on Sunday, you get your commission on the following Monday, please also note that the calculation system is automatic and there are no possibilities of any errors, when calculating do not forget to calculate the Gold Vouchers you get on completion of every 5th step. Why I did not receive GMS 1/1? As per the GMS 1/1 policy you must have introduced at least one customer at your first level in the same plan as you have initiated your tree with, if you have introduced none of the first two customers at your first level will only earn your commission at 2/2 in 2/2 Plan and at 3/3 in other plans. How can I transfer Earned Commission to my Personal Bank Account? Now all GMI customers have a privilege of transferring their Earned Commission to their Personal Bank account located in any country earlier this service was limited to only certain countries. For Iranian customers, currently we are providing this service for only two banks (i.e. Bank Melli Iran and Bank Saderat Iran). Customers living in other countries can request transfer to any bank. Before using Transfer Funds To Personal bank Account users must update their Personal Bank account information. Bank Info link is available under the Personal Profile link in your Gold Office. You may change your Bank Information at any time before submitting Bank Transfer request and this service is free of charge. Each accounting period is approximately 15 days in length. A new period begins the 1st and 16th day of each month. All transactions that occur before four (4) days of the close of each period will be processed and payments will be disbursed on the 1st or 16th of each month. However, should the payment date fall on a weekend or official banking holiday, payments will be disbursed on the first business day following those dates. (e.g. customers expecting to get Bank transfer on 16th day should request by 12th day of that month. Transfer to personal Bank Account charges are 4% of the amount customer request to transfer.

You may also request for the cancellation of this transaction (Transfer to Personal Bank Account), Any cancellation request of Fund Transfer to Personal Bank would result in deduction of the 4% service charges, only requested amount will return to customers Earned Commission Bank. What is Product delivery procedure? Products are delivered to customers via our agent and it takes somewhere between 4 - 6 weeks for customer to receive the product. What kind of incomes can I expect from the GMI Gold Plan? GMI provides two ways to earn from the marketing plan. We reward customers for directly introducing new customers to GMI (US$1 to US$5 per new sales-depending on the Gold Plan) except for introducer when introduced customers has selected instant product option while signing up. We also provide Gold Step Commission system that pays you for every pair you complete on your right and left side of the Gold Tree depending on the Gold Plan you are working for (1/1 Platinum, 2/2, 3/3 Advance and 3/3 Basic). The Gold Step commission is paid, for direct or indirect customers based on binary of your Gold Plan. (Growth of your tree on both ends) How to control my withdrawals from Gold Bank? You have several options to withdraw from your Gold Bank; a) Release Commission; You can get your commission released, (1) Request for a Cheque, which will be issued under your name. (2) Commission release via Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) All you need to do is go to your Gold Office and send the request via messenger. Your commission will be released according to the amount you specify, minimum amount for requesting cheque or T.T. is US$500 and maximum is US$3,000. b) Commission Cheques Return Back to GMI; Any commission cheque comes back because of wrong address or returned back to GMI by the customer in order to pay the balance amount for the product, services charges of issuing the cheque will not be returned. Furthermore reissuing of the same cheque will cost another 4% of Cheque value as Service Charges. c) Gold E-Card; GMI believes in flexibility, we offer customers to buy Gold E-Cards from their Gold Bank and sign-in more customers using those cards anywhere anytime. And every time you buy Gold E-Cards you get Gold Vouchers depending on the quantity of cards you purchase. More you purchase more GVs you earn.

d) Transfer Funds; You may transfer your funds from your Gold Bank to another Gold Account holder without any charges, but the minimum funds can be transferred are US$5(customers can not transfer any amount less then US$5 through their Gold Bank).

When do I get paid by cheque? GMI pays commission to customers once a week. You may receive cheque within 2 to 4 weeks after you manually request your commission through Issue Cheque option. Minimum amount to request a cheque is US$500 (exceptional for some countries). How do I get paid by cheque? Payment will be made in the form of cheque in US$ or in some cases local currency. Other forms of payment will be explored and mplemented if and when necessary. GMI is eager to reward its Customers to introduce other customers to GMI. (Cheque will only be ssued upon your request and the charges of 4% of cheque value will be deducted from your Gold Account) Are there any charges / fee for a cheque or T.T. Request? Yes, GMI charges a fee of 4% of cheque / T.T value, for every T.T. or cheque issued. What fee would there be for cheques in case of Multiple-Ownership? GMI issues cheque to only Primary Owner of Gold Account as per the profile details and fee of 4% of the cheque value is charged for ssuing cheque. What is the maximum income of GMI Gold Plan? The basic 2/2 Plan provides maximum income of US$600 per GC per day. You can also qualify for the 3/3 Advance Plan (maximum income of US$450 per GC per day) and 3/3 Basic Plan (maximum income of US$225 per GC per day). You can also make an extra income from our Direct Reward Commission of US$1 to US$5 per GC activated (depending on the plan) and is calculated separately and does not have any limit for Direct introductions. All these incomes per day could be multiplied by 15 as GMI offer its customers 15 Gold Centers per plan.You are also entitled to earn unlimited commission after activation of your 1/1 platinum plan. What is Gold Motivation Step (GMS)? GMI always believes in providing unique advantages to networkers and new customers, GMS is a part of that. Any new customer who introduces one person in their downline on either leg, once balanced on the other leg by him/her or by uplines in same plan, completes the1st Gold Step which is called GMS, regardless of the plan he/she has joined. This offer is only valid for the 1st step of the 1st Rotation on first level of the same plan you initiated your tree with.

What is Direct Reward Commission? GMI strongly believes in Sharing, this system is a part of it. Every Gold Customer who directly introduces a new customer to GMI, a Direct Reward Commission (DRC) between US$1 to US$5 depending on the selected Gold plan, per activated Gold Account will be paid. Direct Reward Commission applies to all Activated Plans and Gold Accounts. Direct Reward Commission applies for unlimited number of Gold Accounts you directly introduce to GMI. Please note that customers you introduced who buy Instant Product (Watch) upon sign up do not entitle you for DRC. How can I qualify for Direct Reward Commission (DRC)? Any GMI customer who successfully introduces a new customer directly to the GMI program who purchases or books a product and joins Gold Reward Plan, is entitled to receive a Direct Reward Commission of US$1 to US$5 depending on the plan he/she chooses. Please note that customers you introduced who buy Instant Product (Watch) upon sign up do not entitle you for DRC. What is a Gold Step Commission (GSC)? The Gold Step Commission allows GMI customers to earn a secondary income, yet has the ability to earn residual commissions from it.Therefore each GC is divided into two parts, Left Groups Sales and the Right Group Sales. We follow the basic concept of a Binary Pay Plan. We monitor the volume group sales on each side. For example, for 2/2 Plan, whenever 2 new sales are created under the Left Group and it is matched by another 2 new sales under the Right Group, you have successfully achieved a pair of sales. Each pair is technically considered as Gold Step. For each Gold Step of 2/2 Plan, you will earn a commission of US$40. Therefore, any customer who successfully matched a pair of sales at any time is entitled for commission.

How can I earn my Gold Step Commission (GSC)? Whenever you introduce a new customer you must make sure your own GA is the introducer of the new customer. You can have total control on the placement of the new customer. You may place the new customer on your left or right group, and try to make the new sales count in your favor. You usually place new customers on your weak leg or you may decide to help any of your downline so the new customer may fall directly under any of them. This new sale may be able to match a sale from the opposite side of your network. In this case you have achieved a pair, and earn a Gold Step Commission.If a sale is done indirectly by any of your upline or downline and the placement went to your favor, and it happens to be placed on your weak leg means your Gold step is completed and you earned Gold Step Commission. I introduced two new Customers under me on same day but on commission (PAY DAY) day I only received DRC for one customer and not for both why?

Customers, who signup ordering instant product, do not entitle their introducer for Direct Reward Commission (DRC). You can distinguish that by looking into your tree, every customer who orders instant product in your tree is shown with Pink color, if tree box color is white it means customer has signed up without ordering instant product and only his introducer is entitled for DRC. Gold Motivation Step (GMS) is only paid to you if one out of first two customers on your first level is introduced by you and both customers on first level are from the same Gold Plan.

What is Gold Office? As GMI is purely an E-commerce business therefore, GMI provides you an online Gold Office to assist its customers to operate their business from anywhere in the world without any restrictions. You can use your Gold Office to send and receive online Funds,Redemptions, Transfers GVs, Buy online Gold E-Cards, check your Gold Tree to see the growth in your genealogy, to change your profile,to send and receive Messages, and Sign-in customers from anywhere in the world. What is a Gold Account? Gold Account is your business center and for this business center you select a name of your choice at the time of Sign-in, this name is changeable against US $15.00 fee. After purchase of Gold E-Cards customer could go to Gold E-Card Bank to find the card details. Why should I use Gold E-Card Transfer Link? I want to transfer 20 Gold E-Cards of Plan 3/3 A do I have to send them one by one? Can I buy some Gold E-Cards via my personal E-Gold Account? Yes Gold E-Cards could be purchased using your E-Gold account, maximum 999 cards are allowed to be purchased at a time. Once your transaction is successful you get a notification email as per the email address mentioned in your GMI Personal Profile. Any card purchased through your E-Gold account costs you 5% as service charges Can I transfer my GVs to another GC Owner? Yes you are allowed to transfer the GVs to another GC owner but there are two conditions. a) You must have redeemed at least one Gold Product. (From the same GA) b)You must have at least 375 GVs in your account. Once you transfer any of your GVs to someone, you will not be able to transfer again till you accumulate 375 GVs again. What is a Gold ecVoucher (GecV)? When you choose any of the Gold Plan to start business with the equal amount of your money, GMI deposits Gold ecVouchers in your Gold ecVouchers statement. Gold ecVouchers cannot be combine with another Gold ecVouchers but, they can be combined with Gold Vouchers (GVs) or cash for you to redeem Gold Coin / Product. What is a Gold Voucher (GV)? Every fifth Gold Step Reward Commission will automatically be converted to GVs. The Gold Voucher is in exchange for cash value allocated on the fifth gold step. It is also utilized to settle balance payable to GMI for the Gold Products. What is Flushing Out? Flushing Out system is implemented to prevent the company from over-paying. This is a control structure in exchange for the infinity levels a Customer is entitled to earn overriding commissions through the GMI Gold Step Commissions. We provide unlimited depth and flexibility, however we impose a maximum earnings of any GC per day. For example, in 2/2 Plan, maximum earning per GC per day is 30/30 or 15 gold steps per day per GC i.e. US$600 per day per GC. Therefore, if any GC's earning exceeds US$600 in one day for this plan, then all other sales made on that day will be flushed-out including accumulated or carried-over sales. The GC starts the following day with zero unpaid sales on both left and right group. New sales of the following day will entitle GC fresh commissions.

Customer referred to The Company.

Gold Account (GA): A Gold Account is a requirement for a Customer to


receive commissions and/or bonuses from GMI's Gold Reward Program (GRP), and shall be placed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Gold Reward Program of GMI.

Gold Center (GC): A Gold Center is a requirement for a GMI to calculate


commissions and/or bonuses within the Gold plan.

Any customer who introduce one person in their downline on either leg, once its balance on the other leg by him/her or by upliner completes the 1st step which is called GMS. regardless of the plan he/she has joined.This offer is only valid for the 1st step of the 1st rotation.

Golden Team Status (GTS): Golden Team Status is achieved upon


activation of all 60 Gold Centers and receipt of minimum 4 Gold coins.

Refund Policy :Customers who have not earned any commission from the GMI
