At the Entrance Car Park                      Gaps between hand drill plate should be cleared(filled) Entrance small gate is started to get corrosion and got damage Pipe at the entrance (electric connection)should be clipped eather Strips should painted Hand rail wall fixing plate should be grind properly and fix well Repair should be properly done(use bonding chemical) Roofing tile and wall edge should be properly filled by motor (should not be cracked) Gap in between mortar and plates should be filled Lightning fixing has to be properly done Grouting tiles(near the gate can be seen in 2 colors) Grounding should be rectified Entrance tiles should be straight Grounding has to be filed in some place Gate printing should improved Grid work is not in one plane Painting should be improved at the entrance small gate Can t open gate fully Place a stopper for the gate Car park curb should be plastered and painted Guideline for vehicle parking should be arranged Grid is not perfectly vertical

At the Entrance Porch      Entrance porch floor level should be submitted Grounding work should be improved Rich tile fixing motor should painted Roof tile connections are cracked Light fitting should be fixed properly

Between Lobby 1 & lobby 2          Vertical member inside should be printed First lobby to 2nd lobby tile grounding should be improved All the steel plate edges should be properly grind and finish Stair case free side should have weather strips Movement joints should be properly fixed After repairing they here to done painting again Handrail well fixing plate whether galvanized or not???(Assurance should provided) Handrail fixed to the well should be straight Stair case grouting cannot be accept(horizontal & the vertical tile)

At Lobby2             Bottom of the light grouting cannot be accept In lobby tiles having 2 types 2 types (There is color difference ) All the wall cracks should be rectified Roof rich tile fixing motor should be painted properly; Lot of cracks can be seen Damaged tiles should be replaced Some painting touching should be done properly(Just below the gutter) Gap should be properly finished between gutter wall and the stair case wall End of the lobby 2 left side column is having a crack Under lobby 2 color should be equal Gutter opening for the floor rain should be covered by grading Stair gate side should be improved The location where grid color changing should be done properly

Inside Water tank storage room                 Contractor should proof the slop of the floor should be perfect The tank wash out should be placed outside(not inside floor) Pipe arrangement for the water tank should be improved More wall brackets for the vertical pipe should be introduced Inside ceiling finished is not good PVC connection with PVC tank should be done properly all finishing should be improved 90 degree corners are not perfect Wall track should be rectified near window Wall painting patches should be improved Light fitting should be properly fixed Door closers need for this room Near floor (up) there is 2 holes. How to close? Pipe support system should be improved Door log should be improved Log barrel should be vertical

Stair case from lobby 2 to top of the lobby 3               Bottom of the vertical support of the hand drill should be clean properly Paint on the tile should be removed Metering point wire access should be done properly Check the light position of the ceiling just above the 1st landing Glass is damaged Shape of the plate of the handrail have to be checked (Where it is fixed to the wall) Vertical supporter of the handrail(stair case)should be straight and the fixing location should be straight Tile under the handrail post is cracked(Should be replaced) All the tiles should be cleaned Literature of the anchor bolts should be checked(whether concrete or bricks) Tile and the gap should be sealed(in the stair case) Grouting should be improved Tile and stair gap should be improved Tile grouting application (where 2 colors) should be improved.

Museum (lobby 3)      Ceiling and the wall joint painting should be checked Crack should be sealed properly Crack between brick and the painting Ground discoloration should be rectified Aluminium fixed window should be fixed properly

Office room       Entrance door stopper has to be fixed Door hinges fixing arrangement should be checked Door lock should be adjusted Telephone outlet should be properly fixed Aluminum window bar hinges should be adjusted Door closer should be there

Office Room Toilet           Door stopper need for toilet Commode is not properly fixed(its moving) Bottle trap should be fixed properly Wool fill should be placed at the door Office room bathroom floor gallery should be cleaned Plug bases protection polythyne should be removed Museum entrance door should be checked Service duct No.1 opening door should be fixed by normal hinges Ducts should be cleaned Pipes should be fixed(by more brackets)

In front of museum                           All aluminium should be cleaned Leak in down pipe and down pipe should be cleaned Museum glass should be protected Light should be straight Open tares stair gate edges should be improved Sliding window (last landing)should be modified Crack in the tile should be improved(steps) Tile skirting chamfer should be improved All the pipe should be align properly(inside the service duck) Should be introduce more brackets Service duck should be cleaned properly Have to do some finishing work Inside the rest room Aluminium door barrel lock should be improved Chantry door cannot be closed properly Grouting of kitchen wall tile should be improved Some tiles are hollow inside the kitchen Kitchen painting should be improved Waste line with water tap should be straight in kitchen Tile should be cleaned and improved Grouting around socket outlet should be done properly Drawer bottom timber should not be fixed(thin plywood) Wall crack inside the kitchen should be rectified The key system of the lock should be checked Next to the open to restaurant painting should be rectified Wall crack should be rectified Sign boards should be placed

Female toilet                Door stopper should be there Water wash basin waste tossing handle not working properly Wash basin water leak should be rectified Bottom of the vanity top that pipe arrangement and the tile should be finished properly All the floor should be cleaned properly Top of the half wall should be finished properly Flashing system is not working Handle should be fixed to door of the commode Door aluminium exclusion should be fixed properly There is a crack inside the wall Tile should be cleaned Light should be fixed properly Grouting should be improved Door lock is not working smoothly Ladies toilet entrance door should be checked

Male Toilet         Inspection change should be seal properly Tile grouting should be improved Urinal cleaning eyes should be properly seal Al door should be cleaned Waste operating lever?(wash basin) is not working properly Urinal area floor gallery cannot be seen Lock is not necessary to male toilet inside(latch) Al exclusion should be fixed properly

External                          Man hole covers should be ceiled Outside retaining wall should be straight V pole just finished with wall(should be improved) Man hole (waste water man hole)cover should be placed properly(not in the ground level)it should be raised External light should be water proof Paving tile should be placed Outside ground should be cleaned All external pipe should be fixed with clip Different texture of plaster can be seen The pipe arrangement cannot be accepted(Below kitchen window) Each casing is not properly fixed Septic tank should be clean Man hole should be clean Damaged tile in last lobby should be replaced Outside side arrangements should be cleaned Down pipe (PVC)is having lot of bends ,can be blocked Outside wall crack should be rectified Outside light quality is very poor, which are fixed on the ground level There is a crack in the sun side wall Ceiling is having join cracks Dam side man hole should be cleaned properly Septic tank man holes should be prepare properly Man hole channels should be smoothed Saw cage pit opening is not there Wall outside drain(cascade drain)should be cleaned
