This position will support internal users and customers using our hosted service. The person in this role will use the latest Microsoft technologies as well as being instrumental in ISO 27001 certification. This is a new opportunity for Microsoft certified server administrator with the following responsibilities to manage EPM Solutions USA Hosting Data Center:

1. Remote server management of USA servers 2. On call after hours emergency support (as needed) 3. Event log remediation 4. Project Server & SharePoint application support with Microsoft 5. Remote deployment of Microsoft applications 6. Define & Manage Client & Server Disaster Recovery procedures 7. Monitor & Repair server & firewall issues 8. Document fixes & information architecture 9. Develop & Implement Hosting Security Policy 10. Implement ISO security policies. 11. Manage Cisco VOIP system

1. 3 to 5 years experience managing Microsoft Servers & Applications 2. Microsoft MCSE or Server MCITP certifications (or able to pass during the first month of employment) 3. At least 1 year experience with setup and management Hyper-V & SCVMM 4. System Center experience including Data Protection Manager (SCDPM) Configuration Manager(SCCM) and Operation Manager (SCOM) 5. Knowledge of SAN, ISCSI, Networks, routers, switches, FTP, IIS, SMTP, Active Directory

DESIRABLE SKILLS

1. MS SQL Administration, backup & recovery 2. Windows Load Balancing & SQL Cluster creation; Fault Tolerant Clusters 3. Project Server or SharePoint Deployments 4. Exchange 2010 5. Other MS Applications 6. ISO Security policy implementation 7. Diskeeper, Antivirus 8. VMware 9. CCNA 10. Juniper SSG-5 11. CISSP or equivalent

Our India Office serves a very important role in supporting our US based customers and our US team. You will be part of team to develop, deploy, customize, train and support our product suites based on Microsoft technologies. Our offshore team ( a team of 6) will be located at a state-of-the-art building in central Bangalore and will work side by side with another US- based company Read-Ink headed by Stanford professor and a former senior HP executive You will dine with a big group and served with home cooked meals and afternoon snacks in business yet family oriented atmosphere.
