7. Option Dates: A Signed copy of this contract is to be returned to this office by August 15, 2011 or space will automatically be released. (Signed copy must be on file at the hotel to serve you.) 9. Payment Policy: The balance is due at the property by cash or credit card. All meeting room charges will be posted to master bill unless arranged otherwise. An advance deposit of the meeting room is first night's room revenue, along with 50% of the estimated food and beverage revenue, if applicable, is due at the hotel ___30____ days prior to arrival. Payment in full of the remaining balance is due at the hotel seven (3) days prior to arrival of your group, unless otherwise indicated below.

Cancellation: Up to 14 days prior to arrival, the advance deposit is fully refundable. 12. Meal/Meeting Plans: The guest will provide their own food. Breakfast is included.

14. Meeting room rental charge $0.00 . This price based on above indicated functions. Charge will be renegotiated if function changes are made. All food and beverage prices are subject to 5% sales tax and 0 % employee gratuity. 15. A final guarantee for the number of people to be served must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the function; otherwise the hotel will consider your originally expected number to be the guarantee. 16. All function charges will be based upon the guaranteed number or the .actual number served, whichever is greater. 17. All set-ups and A.V. equipment will be guaranteed 72 hours prior to your function. 18. Any non-food and beverage functions will require a $1.00 per person set-up charge. 19.
