The man possesses a great genius to create; but it sometimes loses the capacity to control their inventions, for example the vehicles, the accidents of traffic, they are today a serious problem of health in the world, for the deaths that it causes and for the permanent injury that generates in occasions, to the victims of these events. Unchaining a social problem, for the physical and psychological damage that suffer these people and their later reincorporation to the society, under different conditions, to those lived previously. A traffic collision is when a road vehicle collides with another vehicle, pedestrian, animal, or geographical or architectural obstacle. Traffic collisions can result in injury, property damage, and death (www.wikipedia.com/Traffic collision, dec 16th) The economic damage taken place at world level by these events is not anything worthless, if the accidents were avoided, these resources could be used in other spheres of the health it publishes that need it.

A number of factors contribute to the risk of collision including; vehicle design, speed of operation, road design, and driver impairment. Worldwide motor vehicle collisions lead to significant death and disability as well as significant financial costs to both society and the individual. As the factors involved in collisions have become better understood, some organizations have begun to avoid the term "accident," as the word suggests an unpreventable, unpredictable event and disregards the opportunity for the driver(s) involved to avoid the crash. Although auto collisions are rare in terms of the number of vehicles on the road and the distance they travel, addressing the contributing factors can reduce their likelihood. For example, proper signage can decrease driver error and

thereby reduce crash frequency by a third or more. That is why these organizations prefer to term collision rather than accident(www.ite.org/safety, dec 16th)

Treating collisions as anything other than "accidents" has been criticized for holding back safety improvements, because a culture of blame may discourage the involved parties from fully disclosing the facts, and thus frustrate attempts to address the real root causes. A 1985 study by K. Rumar, using British and American crash reports as data, found that 57% of crashes were due solely to driver factors, 27% to combined roadway and driver factors, 6% to combined vehicle and driver factors, 3% solely to roadway factors, 3% to combined roadway, driver, and vehicle factors, 2% solely to vehicle factors and 1% to combined roadway and vehicle factors.(

The transport has allowed the man to take advantage of its time of life better and the people has given him movement freedom; but the fundamental factor of the operation of this useful tool is the same man and it is responsible for his from its construction and for all the consequences that are derived of its use. In occasions the drivers of the vehicles when taking place an accident use justifications, of sudden mechanical shortcomings and they try to avoid responsibilities and there I think that it is where the real problem resides; the lack of conscience of some that don't admit that they are using a tool and when taking the steering wheel in their hands they become murderous potentials or criminals and to their vehicle in weapon to remove lives and they are not able to admit that alone they are the maxima responsible for what can happen while they drive.

I think that until people don't take conscience that to drive is an act that requires of all our reflections, responsibility and respect above everything to the life, without stopping to mention neither to forget to the pedestrians that should assume the same responsibilities, the figures of death for this cause they will continue increasing, the presage of the (OMS) perhaps they are small and the streets will be followed tinctured of blood and death and perhaps in the future the accidents of I traffic they end up being the first cause of death in some planet regions. I hope this doesn't happen; alone it would demonstrate our inability to control our mind and our creations.
