THE PERFECT GENTLEMAN WEEKLY ONLINE CONTEST (CONTEST)

Participation in the Contest shall be governed by the Contest Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of ntv7s Contests.

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. THE CONTEST
1.1

The Contest is organized by Natseven TV Sdn Bhd (ntv7) in conjunction the telecast of The Perfect Gentleman reality TV program (the Program) broadcast on the ntv7 channel. The Contest will run from 17th July 2011 until 11th October 2011 (Contest Period).

1.2

ELIGIBILITY
2.1

The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents who are at least 18 years of age, except the following persons who shall be ineligible to enter the Contest:2.1.1 employees or persons engaged in any manner whatsoever by ntv7, the Media

Prima Berhad group of companies and its affiliated technological or content information partners, sales and promotion agencies appointed in relation to this Contest, including Contest sponsors;
2.1.2 any person who has within the period of 30 days prior to the start date of this

Contest, won a prize/prizes in any ntv7 contest, the individual or collective value of which is RM100.00 or more;

2.1.3 any person who has within the period of 60 days prior to the start date of this

Contest, won a prize in any ntv7 contest the value of which is RM100.00 or more;

2.1.4 any person who has within the period of 240 days prior to the start date of

this Contest, won a prize in any ntv7 contest, the value of which is RM1000.00 or more;

2.1.5 any person who has within the period of 12 months prior to the start date of

this Contest, won a prize in any ntv7 contest, the value of which is RM10000.00 or more;

2.1.6 any person who has within the period of 3 weeks prior to the start date of this

Contest, won a freebie e.g CD, T-shirt in any ntv7 contest;

2.1.7 (where participation is limited to one (1) entry per Contestant) any person

who is discovered to have used or attempted to use 2 or more different names/identities in order to enter the Contest;
2.1.8 any person whose family/member has within the period of thirty (30) days

prior to the start date of this Contest, won a prize/prizes in any ntv7 contest;

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST 3.1 Each week during the Contest Period, eligible Contestants may participate by answering a set of three (3) questions and complete a slogan in relation to the Program episode telecast on the Channel each week as directed on the ntv7 official website www.ntv7.com.my/theperfectgentleman (Website). 3.2 A fresh set of questions and slogan will be posed on the Website from Sunday to Saturday (Weekly Contest Period) for each weekly episode telecast and the Contestants must provide the answers and complete the slogan within the relevant Weekly Contest Period. The results for each Weekly Contest Period will be announced three (3) days from the expiry of that particular Weekly Contest Period. During Week 12 (2 Oct 8 Oct 2011), in addition to the Weekly Contest, there will also be a separate set of questions and slogan and the Contestant who has submitted most accurate answers and the most creative slogan will be selected as winner of the Grand Prize. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per Contestant for each Weekly Contest Period. Contestants may participate in as many Weekly Contest Periods as they wish but each Contestant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the entire Contest Period. For example, a Contestant may submit only one (1) entry in the 1st Weekly Contest Period (any subsequent entry in the 1 st Weekly Contest Period will be rejected) and if he/she does not win any prize the Contestant may be eligible to further participate in the Contest by submitting one (1) entry in any of the subsequent Weekly Contest Periods as long as he/she has not won any prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES

For each Weekly Contest Period, one (1) Contestant who has answered the all questions accurately and submitted the most creative slogan will be selected as the weekly winner. Each Weekly Contest winner will be entitled to win a Star Cruise package for 2 persons worth RM550.00 (Cruise Holiday on Super Star Libra 2D1N Penang).

The Grand Prize winner will be entitled to win a Star Cruise package for 2 persons worth RM4,000.00 (Cruise Holiday on Super Star Libra 4D3N Penang-Phuket-Krabi).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ntv7s CONTESTS By participating in any of ntv7s contests (the Contest), the Contestant is taken to have read understood and agreed to the terms and conditions herein, the Contest Rules and Regulations applicable to the specific Contest and all decisions made by ntv7. Unless otherwise specifically stated in the Contest Rules and Regulations, participation in any Contest is limited to one (1) entry per Contestant. Where the Contest Rules & Regulations permits participation by a person below 18 years of age (Minor), the Minor must first obtain the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian before he/she can participate in the Contest. By consenting to such participation, the parent/legal guardian is deemed to:i)

represent and warrant that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the Minor and has the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Minor; confirm that he/she has read, fully understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions and the Contest Rules and Regulations including the effects of waiver of liability; and consent to the Minors participation in the Contest under the terms and conditions hereof.

The Contestant agrees that his/her participation in any online Contest is subjected to the Terms of Use of the ntv7 website or any other website on which the Contest is run e.g Facebook, Twitter (the Website) including without limitation, the terms and conditions relating to any content including but not limited to photographs (Content) submitted/uploaded by the Contestant onto the Website, unless otherwise specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions and/or Contest Rules and Regulations. The Contestant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold ntv7 harmless with respect to any claims that the Contestant lacks the authority to grant all of the rights (including rights of third parties and minors) herein granted. Without limiting the generality of the preceding paragraph, (1) the Contestant hereby irrevocably grants permission to ntv7 to use the Content, in whole or in part, on its websites and in print and electronic or any other media now or hereafter known (including catalogs and advertising), and to edit, combine with other material and make derivative works of same, in whole or in part, without notifying the Contestant and without obligation to the Contestant or any other party; and (2) the Contestant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the final display or other exploitation of the Content now or in the future, whether that use is known to the Contestant or unknown, and to any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Content.

All non-cash prizes offered to the winners of this Contest are not transferable for cash nor can they be assigned to any third party. If the prizes offered are not available, ntv7 reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered with another of equal value at its sole and absolute discretion. In any event, ntv7 reserves the right to change the prizes offered at any time during the Contest Period as ntv7 deems necessary. All prizes must be collected at ntv7s office at Sri Pentas, No. 3, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan (or at such other places as otherwise notified by ntv7). Prizes must be redeemed within one (1) month of from the end of the Contest Period unless otherwise notified by ntv7 failing which, ntv7 shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion, to forfeit the prizes and any appeal/enquiries thereafter will not be entertained. Winners are responsible for any taxes levied on the prizes. Unless otherwise specified, winners must claim their prizes in person and must produce their original ID as proof of identity. However, ntv7 may at its sole and absolute discretion, allow a prize to be collected by a representative duly authorized by the winner subject to the representative furnishing ntv7 with his/her original ID and an authorization letter duly signed by the winner. ntv7 extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of any prizes and accepts no liability arising in respect of such prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Where the prize consists of travel packages, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:i)

The winner (and travel companion, if applicable) must be willing to travel on any date(s) specified by ntv7/the sponsor, failing which ntv7 reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award the same to an alternate winner or handle the prize in any other manner as it may deem fit at its sole and absolute discretion. There shall be no cash alternative for this prize. All travel and accommodations are at the winner (and travel companion, where applicable)s risks. The winner shall be responsible for the arrangement and costs of traveling from his (and his companions) place of residence to the airport/port/other points of departure, taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein shall be the responsibility of the winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and the travel companion must be aged eighteen (18) years or above unless the winner is the travel companions parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companion will be solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and other necessary travel documents relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize packages and must have no impediment to entering the relevant country of destination. Other conditions may be attached to the travel or holiday prizes and the winner will be notified of such conditions at the time of winning the prize.

The Contestant agrees to waive all recourse against ntv7/the Contest Sponsor, relating to winners participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of any prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. ntv7 reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or modify the Contest at any time without prior notice. If for any reason whatsoever in the opinion of ntv7, in their sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond their control, ntv7 reserves the right at any time without prior notice to withdraw, cancel, terminate, amend, modify or suspend the Contest, including cancelling any method of entry, and selecting a winner from previously received eligible entries. ntv7 reserves the right in its sole discretion to at any time disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Contest Rules and Regulations and/or these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in a disruptive manner. ntv7 reserves the right to modify the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of ntv7 with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, will be final and binding. All entries shall become the property of ntv7 and will not be returned. ntv7 assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail or e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. ntv7 shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. ntv7 also does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software (including on account of traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site) or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. ntv7 shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any injury or damage to a Contestant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, relating to or resulting from the participation or downloading of any materials in this Contest. By participating in the Contest, the Contestant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and complied with these Terms and Conditions and the Contest Rules and Regulations, grants all consents and rights required as contemplated herein, is eligible for and accepts the prize as offered, and releases ntv7 and their respective affiliates and each of the directors, officers and employees thereof from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the Contestant's participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize. By entering this Contest, each Contestant consents, to the extent permitted by law, to the use of their name, address, video image, voice, likeness and/or photograph in any related publicity or Internet posting without compensation or further notification. The Contestant agrees if so requested by ntv7, to attend prize presentation and/or participate in publicity programmes in relation to the Contest. The Contestant agrees and consents to the photographing filming and recording of the Contestant and the Contestants voice and performance (where applicable) and that such photographs film and sound recording may be incorporated in any of ntv7s

television programs (Program) in whole or in part at ntv7s discretion (but the Contestant acknowledges that ntv7 is under no obligation to use such films and/or sound recording).

The Contestant consents to and agrees that ntv7 shall be entitled (without any obligation) to the use and reproduction of the Contestants name likeness biography performance photographs film and recordings of the Contestants performance or any part thereof by all means and in all media throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity and otherwise exploiting the Program without remuneration to the Contestant (the Contestant acknowledges that ntv7 is under no obligation to reproduce the Program). ntv7 reserves the right to omit, change/amend, add or alter the Terms and Conditions herein and/or the Contest Rules and Regulations from time to time and without prior notification to the Contestants and the Contestants shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions hereof and any amendments thereto. All decisions made by ntv7 shall be final and binding on the Contestant and ntv7 will not entertain any request or appeal or review on the decision made.
