Together with his partner, Ernst Jhling, who he meets by chance at the end of the war, he will found the Metallwerk Max Brose & Co. in 1919, expanding his entrepreneurial activities to include the production of automobile components as well.

Visual observations while visiting the Company:

There we visited the main production plant where I saw how the different products for Automobile industry made by the one of the world global leader in the entire field. In comapny visit we met the Mr, Jrg Kraemer, HRD manager of Brose Asia.it was really very nice expereince for all of us and for the industrial experience and as well as our career prospectus point of view.I saw their very advanced mechanical machines and also CNC machines how they works and as per my previous experience i feels agian more confident.Mr. Jrg arranged a special presentation for us about the company profile and also techinical features of their products. This presentation is given by the one of the company representative. In this presentation we got the information how the company is going on high day by day and also this company also survives during the First and second world war. We also got the information about the progress of the company worldwide. In these days company mainly focuses on the Asian market and due fact that they installed new manufacturing plant in India as well because like China, india is also biggest market and management make research on it for about 2-3 years and finally instaaled their plant in Pune, India. During this visit, we also got some technical tips like How the Brushless motor is more benefetial than the Brushes motors. A DC Brushless Motor uses a permanent magnet external rotor, three phases of driving coils, one or more Hall effect devices to sense the position of the rotor, and the associated drive electronics. The coils are activated, one phase after the other, by the drive electronics as cued by the signals from the Hall effect sensors, they act as threephase synchronous motors containing their own variable frequency drive electronics. But this type of motor is expensive than Brushed motor.

Simple diagram for both motors. A Brushed Motor has a rotating set of wound wire coils called an armature which acts as an electromagnet with two poles. A mechanical rotary switch called a commutator reverses the direction of the electric current twice every cycle, to flow through the armature so that the poles of the electromagnet push and pull against the permanent magnets on the outside of the motor. As the poles of the armature electromagnet pass the poles of the permanent magnets, the commutator reverses the polarity of the armature electromagnet. During the instant of switching polarity, inertia keeps the classical motor going in the proper direction. I also saw some another manufacturing processes and the rooom where the employes checked the noise and vibration of products at very microscopic level which shows how they really works on maintainig the quality. It was a really very nice experience visiting the Brose company and and also encourage me to continue sharpen my knowledge in my entire field with the combination of Sensor and electronics Engineering.
