Typical Project Procedure 3. Test procedure Make samples for the tests:
For this you need a trial mould, where you can make samples
in a proffesional way. Often you have to make the samples with different adhesives.

The customer has to make all his tests, so that he will be sure
that the parts fulfil all his requirements

If the test are successfull go to the next step. If not, try it


again. Try a new adhesive, try a new design.... There you will need all ideas (yours, of the customer, of the mouldmaker)

After a successfull test procedure you will know the right design
and the right adhesive.

With the design you will be able to calculate how many cavities
are possible.

With the production figures of the customer, it will be possible to


find the right machine for him.

After a successfull test procedure your customer will have the


safety that all requirements are fulfiled.
