1. El IRPJ (ISR) recauda la tendencia internacional 2 a 3%, pese a dos fenmenos: a) los incentivos fiscales a la inversin y b) consideracin a las PYMEs (agrcolas y de servicios) 2. El IRPF si bien AL tiene un 40% del ingreso PPP y 30%del financiero de la OECD, el 20% ms rico concentra el 60% del mismo. Desde 1990, el PBI creci 60% y la relacin 20% ms 34 rico respecto al 40% ms pobre sigue 5.5 a 1.
