GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, Rakesh K. Sondhi S/o Mr.. ..resident of at present.

do hereby appoint, nominate, constitute and authorise myMr Sanjay Sethi S/o Late Nirmal Kumar Sethi resident of C-275 Vivek Vihar,Delhi-110095 as my true, legal and lawful General Attorney in respect of my share in Shop No. SF-204 on second floor, measuring 1412 sq.ft. situated at Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida (hereinafter referred to as the SAID PROPERTY) and I do hereby empower my said Attorney to do all the following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf, under his own signatures:1. To manage, control and supervise the aforesaid PROPERTY in all respects. 2. To pay the electricity charges, water bills, maintenance charges and all other dues to the concerned authorities and to obtain the receipt thereof. 3. To get the sub Lease Deed and/or Supplement Deed of the said PROPERTY and/or land beneath the same and to get the same registered in the office of the SubRegistrar, Gautam Budh Nagar and to sign for and on my behalf in respect of my share in the shop. 4. To give the aforesaid PROPERTY on rent, to recover and realise rent, to enter into and execute Rent Deed, to receive advance and/or security, to issue receipt under his own signatures to the tenant(s). 5. To sell the aforesaid PROPERTY including my share in it to any intending purchaser(s), to enter into any agreement with the purchaser(s), to receive the earnest money/consideration amount in his own name(s) or otherwise, and to give the valid legal receipt thereof to the purchaser(s) and to apply for the sale permission to the concerned authorities including M/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. and M/s. Star Facilities Management Ltd. to sign any Form, to give any statement, affidavit, application, undertaking, indemnity bond on my behalf; to obtain the sale permission on my behalf. 6. To appear in the office of M/s. Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. for deletion of my name as co-owner of the shop and to sign all required application form and all other form on my behalf as per requirement of builders to keep the allotment of the shop in the single name of Mr. Sanjay Sethi only. 7. To appear and act in the office of the M/s. Ansal Properties and Industries Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Star Estates Management Pvt. Ltd. or any other concerned authorities for any work relating to the aforesaid PROPERTY and to make correspondence, reply to the letters/notices, file affidavits, declarations, statements, no objections, etc.

-28. To give statements in all courts, appear on my behalf, submit all kinds of applications, affidavits, suits etc. to appoint Advocate or Pleader. 9. To appoint anyone as General/Special Attorney and to revoke the powers conferred upon such attorney. This General Power of Attorney is irrevocable. And generally to do all acts, deeds and things in addition to the above which my Attorney thinks fit and proper in his sole discretion for the proper control, supervision and management of the aforesaid PROPERTY. I do hereby agree to confirm and ratify that all the acts, deeds and things done by my said Attorney by virtue of these presents shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me personally as if I was present personally to do so.
