P.P. Sadguru Bapus Guidance

|| Hari Om ||

Today again we shall chant Aradhana Jyoti 38, however today
will be the last day. For so many days we have chanted this
here and at home. For so many Thursdays all of us here have
been chanting this MahaGanapati mantra. This mantra is the
ghanpran (life force) of this universe. . We may not
understand the meaning of the word Ghanpran, mahapran,
taralpran, it does not matter. Remember it makes no
difference. It is enough if you understand that HE is
Mangalmurti(the auspicious). Then everything about HIM is
mangal (auspicious). It is our mind which is skeptical about
things and then we ourselves make the auspicious. into
inauspicious. HE is eternally mangal and is widespread in all
directions. In reality the whole world is mangal, but then why do bad things come our
way? Because we indulge in positive-negative thoughts and keep thinking about them, we
dont let the mangal remain in an active state in our life. We do not give him any place in
our life, it is simple as that and that after all He is Mangalmurti. What do you mean by
Mangalmoorti Moraya? What exactly is the meaning of morya? Ganpati Bappa
Moraya,Mangal Moorti Moraya? Moraya is it Ganpatis name? Or is it that Lord Shankar
called his son as moraya, therefore His(Ganpati) name is Moraya? Or may be Moraya
Gosavi who started worshipping Siddhivinayak in Moreshwar. Because of the Upasana is He

called Moraya? What is the truth? I am sure nobody knows. But we have been saying
Moraya for years. If we are saying it with love then there is no problem; its a good thing.

Many years ago I had been to somebodys house for Ganpati, his father while doing the puja
would say Ganpati Bappa Moraya as Ganpati Bappa Mooorrrraya. We found it very
strange. He would stretch that Morya so much that it would be very unpleasant to the ears.
But I have seen the feelings of that person. His feelings were so pure that the rhythm might
sound weird when heard from an atheist like me, but coming from a true bhakta and that
too with feelings of love that very different tone, I am sure Ganpati would have loved it.
Even if we do not understand the meaning of the word Moraya, we should at least
understand the significance of the mangalya. And to understand this one needs to have the
grace of Ganpati. Kumati Nivaar Sumati ke Sangi, if
Hanumanji is the greatest in intellect (Buddhimattam
varishtam), then Ganpati is the life force(Ghanpraan).
Ghanpraan means the child of Parvati (power of substance,
matter). Whatever we intake and whatever is produced in our
body from it; the chemicals, the matter, the strength and
whatever is produced in this universe, He is the controller all
this, the Swami of the Mooladhar Chakra, the one who is the
Lord of the four petals i.e. of the Ahaar (food), Vihaar
(recreation), Aachaar (conduct) and Vichaar (thoughts), of the
Mooladhar Chakra. This means everything in our life is related
or controlled by Him then it is well controlled and everything
goes on smoothly this is done by the One and Only Mangalmurti, means Ganapati. This
mantra is the one which accepts the mangalya. Mind you this mantra is not one which
invokes the Lord. It cannot be the one which invokes the Lord. The mantra is one which
helps you to accept the mangalya which is continuously flowing from Mangalmoorti. Hence
I made you chant this repeatedly. Now hereafter all the Upasana that we will be doing, you
will notice that they will be done with a different intention. I shall explain the intention
behind doing it and its effects. But before that it is necessary for you to have strength to
accept the mangalya and not to invoke it. We have done that. Few days back I had asked
you all to place your right hand on left side of your chest while chanting this mantra. Today
we will chant this Mantra only 12 times. At the 12th time, instead of Om Namo
Vraatpataye we shall say Hari Om Namo Vraatpataye and then we shall stop. Today while
saying it for all the twelve times we shall place our right hand on our head. Even if your
hand aches, it is does not matter but it is very beneficial.
