ACTIVITY INFORMATION
11-41665 (HOME INVASION) On 8/29/2011, at approximately 1:00AM, deputies were called to the 5000 block of Bridge Rd, Ypsilanti Twp, for the report of a residential burglary. The caller told deputies that an unknown male entered their apartmentand, then quickly left. No property was stolen. The suspect entered through an unlocked door. Investigators are in the process of identifying the suspect. No further details were available at the time of this posting. No arrests have been made. This remains an active investigation.

11-41687 (ATTEMPTED STOLEN VEHICLE) Deputies in Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 5000 block of Bosuns Way on 8/29/2011 for the report of an attempt to steal a parked motorcycle. The victim told deputies they discovered that their motorcycle had been moved from where it had been parked the night before. The ignition was damaged and removed by someone attempting to steal the motorcycle. No suspect information is known. The incident remains under investigation.

11-41705 (BURGLARY TO SHED) On 8/29/2011, at approximately 10:30PM, deputies from Superior Twp responded to the 3000 block of Cherry Hill Rd for the report of a burglary to a storage shed. The victim told investigators someone forced open their storage shed and stole an unknown quantity of tools and equipment. No suspect information was known. The incident remains under investigation.

11-41778 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies from Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 8800 block of Brookwood St, Ypsilanti Twp, to investigate the report of theft from a parked motor vehicle. Police were called on 8/29/2011; investigators are still attempting to determine when the incident occurred. The victim told deputies that someone entered their parked car and stole a child car seat. No suspect information was known. This remains an active investigation.
