Conducting Drive Test of New Integrating 2G/3G/HSPA+ Sites using TEMS. Conducting Drive Test for Site on Air Approval using TEMS. Conducting Walk Test of IBS DAS using NEMO. Troubleshooting of newly integrated/post integrated sites which includes: Verifying Cell parameters/data. Verifying Inter/Intra Cell, Inter System reselection. AVS TECHNOLOGIES/MANTA WIRELESS SYSTEMS LLC (DUBAI, UAE) IBS PLANNING/OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER (SEP 2007- May2010) Worked on du-Telecom UAE project fulfilling following responsibilities: To prepare the passive/active in-building RF design for buildings comprising of high rise towers, shopping malls, airport and governmental buildings in UAE. This includes: Site survey Marking the antenna location on the floor plan Preparing the schematics (AutoCAD/IBwave) and 2G/3G Power budget. Selection of active equipment depending upon the power, capacity requirements and cost of the project. Proper sectorization for good 2G/3G Handover keeping in view the antenna power and capacity requirements. Final design documentation. 2. Involved in IBS (In-Building Solutions) planning of major sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi like Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Abu Dhabi Airport etc. 3.
