Australian MP: Efforts are made to recognize Macedonia...

Efforts are made towards speeding up the recognition of the Republic of Macedonia under the constructional name, John Hyde - a member in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly - said Friday after meeting the chairman of Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, Antonio Milososki. "Visits are being organized in a bid to strengthen the ties between Western Australia and Macedonia . Western Australia is now economically powerful in Australia . A colleague of mine from the Labour Party will come to Macedonia next week," Hyde stated. After meeting in the Macedonian Parliament, Milososki noted that the frequent parliamentary communication between Australia and Macedonia was enhancing the political cooperation. " Macedonia has a strong interest in bolstering the political communication with Australia . The Macedonian community in Australia , especially in Perth and Western Australia , contributes a lot to the political, economic and cultural life and development of Australia . Priorities need to be focused on cooperation related to trade, politics and at multilateral level," committee's chairman said. Milososki said he hoped that parliamentary cooperation between the countries would be enhanced with the election of a deputy from Australia to represent the interests of the Diaspora in Macedonia 's Parliament. Interlocutors at the meeting discussed Macedonian-Australian ties. "Cooperation has been established within the United Nations, while Australian and Macedonian troops work together in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan . Political close ties between Macedonia and Australia could boost our position within Australia 's home policy in relation to issues involving the Macedonian national interest and promotion of country's national and cultural identity in Australia and beyond," Milososki stressed. The MP said many immigrants from Macedonia had settled in Australia , especially in Western Australia . "Macedonians in Western Australia are very appreciated for their success in the business community," Hyde said. The chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Milososki thanked Hyde for his efforts and those by the Labour Party to represent and promote the Macedonian national interests.

Local filmmaker explores riddle of Macedonia

By Brian Grady An Athens video production guru and 2010 graduate of Ohio University has taken his skills to the Balkans of Eastern Europe to produce a feature-length documentary over 1,000 miles away from home. The location of the movie, titled "After the Rain," is the Republic of Macedonia , in what was formerly Yugoslavia . The director of the documentary, John Schindler III, spoke with The Athens NEWS in a Skype video interview from Macedonia . He said the documentary seeks to answer one highly controversial question: "What does it truly mean to be Macedonian?" Schindler is not Macedonian. He grew up in Ohio and has lived in Athens since he attended OU. He first decided he wanted to produce a documentary about the small landlocked country (about a quarter the size of Ohio ) when his girlfriend, OU international student and accounting and finance major Elena Mihajlovska, invited him to visit her home in Bitola , Macedonia . "My family forbid me to come here unless I was working," said Schindler, "so I was like all right, I'll make a movie. And everything rolled after that." Center for Film and Video and organizer of the Athens International Film and Video Festival, said OU students, international and domestic, take their video skills abroad every year to countries such as Israel , Montenegro , Mexico , Venezuela and Germany . She said what sets apart a successful documentary from a flop is the amount of funds the filmmaker can raise. "That's going to equate into things like transportation, interpreters, better equipment and more time [in the country]," said Bradley. At the end of OU's spring quarter, however, the Macedonia-bound couple claimed they were well prepared to succeed. They hopped on the plane to Europe in June with over $10,000 worth of video equipment they acquired after pitching the documentary to Nathaniel Berger. Berger, the operations coordinator at the Aesthetics Technologies Lab in OU's Putnam Hall, agreed to lend them the gear free of charge. "An opportunity missed is an opportunity lost; I don't know how 'After the Rain' will turn out, but the exploration itself is, in my opinion, worth supporting," said Berger. The documentarians said they are working with a Macedonian video production crew, friends of Mihajlovska, who are volunteering their time and equipment for the project. The crew's professionalism and previous successes came as a surprise to Schindler and Mihajlovska. "I didn't know how huge they are now," said Mihajlovska. "They have their own studio and all the equipment we couldn't bring to Macedonia because it was too big." In addition, Schindler said he has lined up video and audio production students in Athens to help with post-production. The team has also formed an agreement with Diverse Media Zone, Inc., giving "After the Rain" official nonprofit tax-deductable status. The agreement also gives them a fiscal agent to help with submitting applications for funding or grants. Tom Hayes of Athens founded Diverse Media Zone, Inc. "I think the fact that they have this shoot rolling tells me they're not doing an 'if I get funded' but instead a 'when I get funded'," Hayes said. "These guys are out there showing their passion They're out there gathering footage and identifying subjects, doing the heavy lifting so that they can build some serious credible applications [for grants and funding]." TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING of the magnitude of the project, The Athens NEWS met with T. David Curp, an OU professor who teaches Eastern European and Balkan history. Before 1990, he recounted, Macedonia was a republic under the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in the Balkan Peninsula of southeastern Europe . Yugoslavia collapsed during the fall of communism in the late 1980s and early '90s, and was divided along ethnic borders. Macedonia and four other countries claimed their independence from Yugoslavia . "People had lived together in the time of Yugoslavia ," recalled Mihajlovska's mother, Gordana Mihajlovska, who also spoke with The Athens NEWS on Skype. "There were mixed marriages, mixed families, but when Yugoslavia fell apart, that all fell apart. People withdrew into their own cultures. It was like self-preservation, and then they exerted their own cultures." Even before the fall of Yugoslavia , border and cultural tensions had existed between Macedonia and its southern neighbors, Albania and Greece . Macedonia , home to Albanian Muslims, Greek Christians and Slavic Christians who all claimed to be true Macedonian, became, as Curp called it, "a powder-keg region." Ethnic and border violence broke out in the early '90s, and soon after, Macedonian film director Milcho Manchevski produced "Before the Rain," an award-winning fictional film that revealed the political and ethnic tensions within Macedonia to the world. "The thing that's striking about Manchevski's film," Curp said, "is that it's Albanians who kill Albanians and Macedonian Slavs who kill Macedonian Slavs, who are trying to relate to each other. So in other words, the communities are breaking down all the human bridges between them." Bouts of violence, Albanian border encroachment and an illegal Greek blockade against Macedonia ended with European Union and United Nations intervention in the early 2000s. Because the violence is mostly settled in 2011, Schindler and Mihajlovska said they decided to call their documentary "After the Rain." The two filmmakers said they are now skeptical of the Macedonian government, as it builds new monuments in the capital city of Skopje (including a statue called "A Warrior on A Horse," which Greece has criticized, saying it resembles Alexander the Great, a legendary historical figure whom both Greece and Macedonia claim as their own). Curp theorized that these monuments are a government attempt at constructing a common Macedonian history. "My idea when I came here was not to come with, 'This is Macedonia ,' because I have no clue," admitted Schindler. "The point is to come and listen to what every single person has to say and then try to figure it out from an objective point of view as a complete outsider." With a Macedonian production team, one Macedonian perspective will not be left out. "I'll be his guide," said Mihajlovska. "I'll show him around. I'll introduce him to people, and I'll say my opinion and say what I think we should capture." Back in the United States , another Slavic Macedonian, Ana Gicova, has been working to make sure "After the Rain" has an audience upon completion. "I contacted the United Macedonia Diaspora, an organization that represents Macedonians who live in the United States and Canada , as well as the Macedonian Patriotic Organization," said Gicova, who has an MBA from OU. Schindler said he hopes "After the Rain" will premiere at the Athens ' International Film Festival in 2012 or 2013, and thereafter be

presented to the European Union. I answer that, as Africans, we have no choice but to argue and to contest, vigorously, many of the distorted information contain in these encyclopedia and other books. We should hold no sacred any book which is based on historical falsification and racial prejudice, however hallowed, praised and expensive Encyclopedia Britannica is certainly is. You will be adjudged CORRECT and RIGHT if you give the above answers in an examination. But actually, none of the answers are TRUE. Based on what we know of history, they are FALSE. The greatest crime Europe committed against the world is the intellectual theft of Africa s heritage. Empires could be stolen, whole countries snatched and named after pirates rapists and swindlers. Palaces and monumental edifices destroyed could be rebuild. But when you steal a peoples cultural patrimony, and used it to enslaved and insult them, you have committed unforgivable acts that border on the sacrilege. That Greece invented philosophy, the Arts and the Sciences is the only basis on which the arrogance of Europe stands. It is those things credited to the Greek that made every European believed himself superior to other peoples\races. Conversely, it is the awe with which the other races view these grand ancient achievements, which made them cringe at the altar of supposed European superiority. What course would the history of the world had taken if the European scholars[?] had not FALSELY claim for the Greeks what is certainly not theirs? Would the arrogance of Europeans not have been diminished if the truth about the contribution of Africa to human civilization have been correctly stated and interpreted? Would Africans have held themselves in such self-contempt if they have tried sooner to uncover the truth about their past? Would Africans be cringing at the altar of westernism if they know that almost every idea Europeans are using today was brazenly stolen from us? Would we be supplicating to a supposed son of an imaginary god if we knew that we gave RELIGION to the world? Every European hold Greek Civilization as an inspiration. They go around the world with volumes upon volumes celebrating Greek this, Greek that. From their original abode in Europe to the real estate they stole from other people, they shouted on top-voice about how they single-handedly invented and sustained human civilization! Sororities are created at institutions of higher learning. Great thinkers waxed

lyrical and sentimental about Greek Civilization. In the same vein, Africans are lamenting their singular historic un-achievement. Some even believe that theirs is a cursed-race. The term Greek philosophy, to begin with is a misnomer, for there is no such philosophy in existence. The ancient Egyptians had developed a very complex religious system, called the Mysteries, which was also the first system of salvation. That was the opening statement from Stolen Legacy: Greek Philosophy is Stolen Egyptian Philosophy, by George G.M. James. George James began his book by informing us that the Egyptian Mystery System was the oldest in the world and was also a Secret Order, and membership was gained by initiation and a pledge to secrecy. The teaching was graded and delivered orally to the Neophyte; and under these circumstances of secrecy, the Egyptians developed secret systems of writing and teaching, and forbade their Initiates from writing what they had learn. p.1 The Egyptians have developed their systems and taught same to Initiates around the world long before the Greeks were allowed into the temples. It was only after the invasion of Alexander the Destructor (called the Great by western mythorians) when the temples and the libraries were plundered, that the Greek gained access to all the ancient books, on which Aristotle built his own school and his reputation as the wisest man that ever lived! In the first chapter of his book, James masterfully destroyed the myth of a Greek philosophy. Pythagoras, the oldest of the so-called Greek-thinkers was a student in Egypt for several years. He was exiled when he started to teach what he had learned. Socrates was executed for teaching foreign ideas. Plato was sold into slavery. Aristotle was also exiled. What we are asked to believed by western scholars was that these ancient Greeks were persecuted in a society that is sufficiently advanced in philosophy. On what basis do western scholars claim philosophy for Greece ? Because the literature were written in Greece . As is still in existence unto today, most Orders prohibit their members from writing down what they learn. This explains why Socrates, as even the Encyclopedia Britannica admitted, did not commit anything to writing! The Babylonians and the Chaldeans, who also studied under the Egyptian Masters, also refused to publish those teachings. It is usurpers like Plato and Aristotle that brought into book forms all the secret teachings of Egyptian and claim authorship! George James pointed out the absurdity of this stance. The Hebrew scriptures, called the Septuagint, the Gospels and the Epistles were also written in Greek, why are the Greek not claiming authorship of them? It is only the unwritten philosophy of the Egyptians translated into Greek that has met such an unhappy fate: a legacy stolen by the Greeks. This is not the only absurdities James pointed out in the book. Another instance: The number of books whose authorship is credited to Aristotle is simply impossible to be the work of one single man, even in our age when word-processing software makes writing a lot easier. We also have to keep in mind that Aristotle was purported to have been taught by Plato. Plato, as the books, show was a philosopher. Aristotle is still regarded as the greatest scientist of antiquity. The question thus beggared is how could Plato taught Aristotle what he didnt know himself? The truth of the matter was that Aristotle, aided by Alexander the Destroyer (some called him the Great), secured the books from the Egyptian Royal Libraries and Temples . In spite however of such great intellectual treasure, the death of Aristotle marked the death of philosophy among the Greeks, who did not seem to possess the natural abilities to advance these sciences. p. 3 The aim of this book is to establish better race relations in the world, by revealing a fundamental truth concerning the contribution of the African Continent to civilization. It must be borne in mind that the first lesson in the Humanities is to make a people aware of their contribution to civilization; and the second lesson is to teach them about other civilizations. By this dissemination of the truth about the civilization of individual peoples, a better understanding among them, and a proper appraisal of each other should follow. This notion is based upon the notion of the Great Master Mind: Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Consequently, the book is an attempt to show that the true authors of Greek philosophy were not the Greeks; but the people of North Africa, commonly called the Egyptians; and the praise and honor falsely given to the Greeks for centuries belong to the people of North Africa, and therefore to the African Continent. Consequently this theft of the African legacy by the Greeks led to the erroneous world opinion that the African Continent has made no contribution to civilization, and that its people are naturally backward. This is the misrepresentation that has become the basis of race prejudice, which has affected all people of color. For centuries the world has been misled about the original source of the Arts and Sciences; for centuries Socrates, Plato and Aristotle have been falsely idolized as models of intellectual greatness; and for centuries the African continent has been called the Dark Continent, because Europe coveted the honor of transmitting to the world, the Arts and Sciences. p.7 To leave no one in doubt about the cogency of his impressive arguments, chapter one (Greek Philosophy is Stolen Egyptian Philosophy) opens with an examination of the stories of the so- called Greek Philosophers. Pythagoras, after receiving his training in Egypt , went back to his native Samos and established an Order as was the custom in those days. Anaximander and Anaximenes, native, Parmenides, Zeno and Melissus were all native of Ionia and they taught nothing but Egyptian mysteries. Ditto, Heraclitus, Empedocles, Anaxagoras and Democritus. What we have to remember here is that Ionia was a colony of Egypt (readers are directed to Martin Bernals, Black Athena, published by Vintage, especially vol. I, ISBN 0 09 988780 0). At the apex of its glory, Egypt held sway over much of the known world. The Ionians would later become Persian subjects after the fall of Egypt , before they even became Greek citizens. All of these Ionians did not claim for themselves the glory of philosophy or the sciences. The Persians and the Chaldeans were also introduced to the Ancient Mystery Systems, yet they did not claim authorship. It was the Athenians Socrates, Plato and Aristotle who usurped this African legacy and thereby distorted the reality of human history. What is quite clear was that it was Athens that those who taught the mysteries were persecuted the most until Alexanders time. We know with certainty that these philosophers were roundly persecuted by the Athenian Government for teaching foreign doctrines. What is incredible about these Great Philosopher is the total lack of any knowledge about their early lives. The world is asked to believe that these men who possessed all the super-natural abilities attributed to them had no education, no training, philosophy, mathematics and the sciences just came to them! The only evidence adduced for this fraud was that the books were written by the Orders founded by

the Athenian impostors. But as James repeatedly reminded us, the ancient Egyptians forbade their pupils from writing, and this injunction was obeyed by all but the Athenians. We have to excuse Socrates, whom James believed to be the only properly trained Initiate. Instead of divulging the secrets he had learned, he drank a poison. Both Plato and Aristotle fled. Yet they came back and claim the credits! The crucial question of how Aristotle got all the books that bore his credit is easily answered by the simple historical fact that he went with his friend, Alexander, in the latter campaign and conquest. After Egypt was conquered and destroyed, the Royal Library and the Temples were looted by Aristotle. It was with these books that he established his own school and, aided by his pupils, Theophrastus, Andronicus of Rhodes and Eudemus, started to copy the books. These men were also credited with the authorship of several books, and it was them who formed the organization of The Learned study of Aristotle Writings. It would certainly appear that the object of the Learned Association was to beat Aristotles own drum and dance. It was Aristotles idea to compile a history of philosophy, and it was Aristotles school and its alumni that carried out the idea, we are told. (p.19) Chapter II, So-Called Greek Philosophy was Alien to the Greeks And their Conditions of Life. Here James drew for us the conditions under which the Greeks were living at this period in history. According to the western mythorians, the period of Greek Philosophy was located 640-322 BC. The period of Greek philosophy (640-322 BC was a period of internal and external wars, and was therefore unsuitable for producing philosophers. History supports the fact that from the time of Thales to the time of Aristotle, The Greeks were victims of internal disunion, on the one hand, while on the other, they lived in constant fear of invasion from the Persians who were a common enemy to the city states. . . . The obstacles against the origin and development of Greek philosophy, were not only the frequency of wars; and the constant defense against Persian aggression; but also the threat of extermination from the Athenian government, its worst enemy. pp. 21-26 Chapter three shows that the so-called Greek Philosophy was just an offspring of the Egyptian Mystery System. All the arts, philosophy and religion, credited to the Greeks have been in existence in Egypt thousands of years before the Greeks were permitted to learn them. The earliest theory of salvation is the Egyptian theory. The Egyptian Mystery System has as its most important object, the deification of man, and taught that the soul of man if liberated from its bodily fetters, could enable him to become godlike and see the Gods in this life and attain the beatific vision and hold communion with the immortals. (Ancient Mysteries, C.H. Vail. P.32) Close attention should be paid to the foregoing paragraph. What that simply means is that a system of beliefs that Africans evolved thousands of years ago, has been distorted and use to abuse the Africans today! When Western mythorians roll out Aristotle, Plato and Socrates, they fail to tell their audience how these guys were persecuted by their own government. These philosophers were persecuted for the exactly the same reason introducing strange divinities. Socrates charge sheet read, in part, Socrates commit a crime by not believing in the Gods of the city, and by introducing other new divinities. He also commit a crime by corrupting the youth. He was further accused of busying himself with investigating things beneath the earth and in the sky, and who makes the worse appear the better reason, and who teaches others the same thing. Whereas astronomy was part of the required study in the Egyptian schools, the Athenian government was persecuting its citizens for pursuing such studies. Who, now, is the father of what? Chapter three further dealt with the Egyptian mystery systems and show its close correlation with what has been wrongly attributed to the Greeks. Even the structures of the Lodges are built to Egyptian standards. The conquest of Alexander and the destruction of the Lodges and the libraries plus the edicts of Theodosius and Justinian suppressed the Egyptian mystery systems and the Greek philosophy schools alike, paving the way for Christianity which is nothing but a badly misunderstood Egyptian religion. In chapter four, we learn how the Greeks were allowed into Egypt where they have been banned for several years. Owing to the practice of piracy, in which the Ionians, and Garians were active, the Egyptians were forced to make immigration laws restricting the immigration of the Greeks and punishing their infringement by capital punishment, i.e, the sacrifice of the victim. p.41. It was Egyptian king Amasis who lifted the restriction and allowed the Greeks to enter Egypt as mercenaries they were not permitted to study until the persian invasion. And it was not until the Alexandrian conquest that they gained access to the libraries, most especially the Royal Library at Alexandria , which was converted into a Greek city. Plato himself attested to the fact (in his Timaeus) that Greek aspirant to wisdom visited Egypt for initiation, and that the Egyptian priests refer to them as children in the mysteries. It was Herodotus who informed us that Pythagoras was allowed into Egypt only after Polycrates (king of his native Samos and a friend of Amasis) gave him a letter of introduction. Even after that, he had to undergo several trials including circumcision which was compulsory Apud Aegyptios nullus aut geometrica studebat, aut astonomiae secreta remabatur, nisi circumcisione suscepta, (No one among the Egyptians, either studied geometry, or investigated the secrets of Astronomy, unless circumcision had been undertaken.) p.44. It was to Pythagoras that the world is giving credit for a theorem that the Egyptians most certainly used in building their pyramids! Herodotus, Diogenes, Laertuis informed us that Democritus travelled to Egypt to receive instructions from the priests. Plato was also shown to have undergone similar pilgrimage. In Chapter five through chapter seven, George James analyzed the doctrines of the so-called Greek philosophers and convincingly show their Egyptian origin. From pre-Socratic Philosophers like Thales, Anaximander, Anaximenes and Pythagoras to Eleatic philosophers like Xenophanes, Parmenides, Zeno and Melissus, to the Ionian school of Heraclitus, Anaxagoras and Democritus, he showed that what history has attributed to these impostors were nothing but what they copied from the Egyptians. In these, the most important chapters, James concluded that the Greeks were guilty of plagiarism of the highest order. Chapter eight dealt with the Memphite Theology which is an inscription on a stone, now kept in the British Museum . It contains the theological, cosmological and philosophical views of the Egyptians. It has already been referred to in my treatment of Platos doctrines; but it must be repeated here to show its full importance as the basis of the entire field of Greek philosophy. p. 139. Here James show how

portions of the philosophy of the Memphite Theology were assigned to the Greeks. This is a very important chapter as it throws enough light, not only on the whole argument of where the Greek got the ideas credited to them, but also about the true source of modern scientific knowledge. If the modern Nebular hypothesis credited to Laplace which holds that our present solar system was once a molten gaseous nebula is ever proven right, credit should go to the ancient Egyptians. Their cosmology is strikingly similar. They knew that the universe was created from fire. The Egyptian God Atum (Atom) together with his eight Created Gods that composed the Ennead or Godhead of nine, this correspond with our nine major planets. Atom, the sun God, was the Unmoved Mover, a doctrine which has been falsely attributed to Aristotle. Likewise, the injunction, Know Thyself, was wrongly attributed to Socrates. As James pointed out, it was an inscription found on every Egyptian Temple . The Cardinal virtues, justice, wisdom, temperance and courage which was falsely credited to Plato owed their origin to the Egyptian Masters. We also learn the attributes of the Egyptian God Atum which is shared by modern ATOM: The similarity of names; the Egyptian God means self-created, everything and nothing, a combination of positive and negative principles:- all-inclusiveness and emptiness. Even beginner science students will recognized these as the properties of atoms. In the concluding chapter nine, Social Reformation through the New Philosophy of African Redemption, James wrote: Now that it has been shown that philosophy, and the arts and sciences were bequeathed to civilization by the people of North Africa and not by the people of Greece; the pendulum of praise and honor is due to shift from the people of Greece to the people of the African continent who are the rightful heirs of such praise and honor. How many of those purporting to teach African history, have read this very important book? If we continue to be ridiculed, it is just because we allowed ourselves to be ridiculed. Any African who studied his history will find an indescribable inner satisfaction. S\he walks tall, with confidence that s\he could hold her\his own against ANYONE in the world. No scholar, black or white or brown or yellow argues with the basic facts of history. It is only the psychedelic- intellectuals, those who reads nothing more serious than their television guides, who come to take cheap-shots on SCA. Stolen Legacy is not a book anyone could argue with. Almost every single sentence, every single paragraph is duly attributed to verifiable sources. George James must have been fully aware of the burden he was carrying when he wrote his monumental work. His is a book that is easily read and understood even by LAYMEN, unlike the hogwash western mythorians are dishing out, suffused with brain- twisting grammatical pyrotechnics to hide their in-coherencies.

I know that some among us will find ANY excuse not to read books like Stolen Legacy, since it challenges them to seek further truth. FYROM's Latest Propaganda Spree Invents 750 000 'Macedonians' inBulgaria

Photo by BGNES Some 750 000 "ethnic Macedonians" are living in Bulgaria , according to the latest propaganda fit of FYROM's official institutions in Skopje . What is imagined to be formal data of the Foreign Ministry of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia was published by the Macedonian newspaper Dnevnik on Tuesday. It states that there are 750 000 "ethnic Macedonians" in Bulgaria , 700 000 in Greece , 120 000 in Albania , 85 000 in Serbia , 12 000 in Kosovo, 15 000 in Romania , and 315 000 in Turkey . The inspiring statistics of FYROM's propaganda appear in an article entitled "Census at the Neighbors Ate Away the Macedonians". The article does have the courtesy of mentioning that according to Bulgaria's last census in February 2011 a total of 1 654 people in Bulgaria have declared themselves to be "ethnic Macedonians", and that 1 000 of those have Macedonian passports. It even cites claims of the so called "political party of Macedonians" in Bulgaria , "OMO Ilinden-Pirin" that the Bulgarian authorities have carried out gigantic manipulations in order to obliterate the existence of an imagined Macedonian minority. The latest propaganda spree of the Macedonian authorities appears to be in line with Skopje 's policies towards Bulgaria in the past 20 years which feature nationalist propaganda moves by FYROM that periodically exacerbate the bilateral relations. Since the early Middle Ages, all the way to the first half of the 20th century, Macedonia and its Slavic population were considered part of the Bulgarian nation not just by Bulgaria but also by its neighbors and the international community. This is why from its National Liberation in 1878 till 1944 Bulgaria waged five wars attempting to unite all of the Bulgarian-populated lands in the Balkans, including Macedonia after the San Stefano Treaty of March 1878 providing one state for almost all Bulgarian-populated regions was revised three months later by the European Great Powers in the Treaty of Berlin leaving the regions of Thrace and Macedonia out of Bulgaria. After both World War I and World War II, however, Serbia/Yugoslavia kept control of 40% of the territory of the geographic and historical region of Macedonia, the so called Vardar Macedonia (which in 1991 became the Republic of Macedonia), Greece retained about 50% of the region the so called Aegean Macedonia, while only 10% of the region the so called Pirin Macedonia remained in Bulgaria. The foundations of the contemporary Macedonian nation were laid in 1944 by Yugoslavia 's communists at a special congress that also proclaimed the creation of a Macedonian language and a Macedonian alphabet designed to differentiate the dialects spoken in the region of Macedonia from the Bulgarian language and to underline the creation of a distinct Macedonian national identity. The so called question about the perceived Macedonian minority in Bulgaria exists since the late 1940s when the dictators of the Soviet Union and communist Yugoslavia Joseph Stalin and Josip Broz Tito attempted to arrange the post-World War II order on the Balkans through the creation of a Balkan federation between Bulgaria and Yugoslavia .

One of the provisions of this state engineering project of the two notorious communist dictators was the creation of a Macedonian republic within the future federation. For that to happen, the leadership of communist Bulgaria had to cede Pirin Macedonia to Yugoslavia in exchange for the territories of the so called Western Outlands (the towns of Tsaribrod (Dimitrovgrad) and Bosilegrad where the recognized Bulgarian minority in Serbia lives today). This provision was accepted unconditionally by the Bulgarian communist leader Georgi Dimitrov who acted under direct orders from Stalin. As a result, in the late 1940s, the Bulgarian Communist Party undertook an unprecedented campaign to force its own population in the Pirin Region (today's Blagoevgrad District in Southwest Bulgaria) to change its Bulgarian nationality and identity into the newly invented Macedonian one, and the official census figures out of the blue recorded that 250 000 Macedonians living in Bulgaria. The campaign to force the people of the Blagoevgrad District to become "Macedonians" was dropped by the Bulgarian Communist Party after the entire project for a Balkan federation between Bulgaria and Yugoslavia was killed with the falling out between Stalin and Tito in 1948-49 a rift that had wide repercussions for Europe during the entire Cold War period. This left the population of Southwest Bulgaria which was harassed by its own government on orders from Moscow to shake off the imagined ethnic Macedonian identity imposed on it. Ever since, however, the authorities in Skopje whose legitimacy relies primarily on the doctrine described by the Bulgarian historians as "macedonianism", i.e. the distinct national identity of the Slavic population of the region of Macedonia, have resurfaced claims of "hundreds of thousands of ethnic Macedonians" living in Bulgaria under some sort of "brutal oppression." Macedonian media cite as evidence for such claims statements by the so called ethnic Macedonian party "OMO Ilinden-Pirin", whose members according to publications in the Bulgarian media are paid from Skopje and Belgrade to declare themselves as "Macedonians." It is unclear how exactly Macedonia's Foreign Ministry decided that there are three-quarters of a million of ethnic Macedonians in Bulgaria, a figure that is 700 times higher than the 1 654 Macedonians found to live in Bulgaria, according to the Bulgarian census. But the latest publication of the Macedonian on the "question" of "ethnic Macedonians" abroad seems to be in line with the recent construction of monuments in Skopje of Alexander the Great and the medieval Bulgarian Tsar Samuil, both of which are deemed to be great Macedonians by the government of Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and his party VMRO-DPMNE a move that caused anger in Greece, ridicule in Bulgaria, and criticism by the European Commission. In a comment on the latest figures about the "ethnic Macedonians abroad", the Bulgarian National Radio points out that apparently, according to Skopje , there are more Macedonians living in Bulgaria and Greece than in Macedonia itself where the Slavic population is about 1.3 million, while the rest are ethnic Albanians, Roma, Turks, and others. The Skopje correspondent of the Bulgarian National Radio reminds that FYROM itself put off its own census for October 1, 2011 , because of a failure to create census committees with the respective representation of ethnic Albanians, which was justified with the holding of early parliamentary elections in the country on June 5. It stresses that the ethnic Albanians in Macedonia insist that the Macedonian census be performed under international control. Last Bulgaria's former Diaspora Minister Bozhidar Dimitrov, a notable historian known for his publications on the history of Macedonia and current director of Bulgaria's National History Museum, announced that over 7 000 Macedonians were granted Bulgarian citizenship, and that the figure has seen a staggering increase in the past couple of years, as many Macedonians are, in his words, returning to their "Bulgarian roots." As of 2010, it is much easier for Macedonians to get Bulgarian citizenship because the Bulgarian authorities no longer ask them to provide a document of Bulgarian origin which is usually some sort of a church or municipal certificate from the time of their grandparents; instead, for the purposes of granting citizenship, the Bulgarian state has switched to assuming that all Macedonians are of Bulgarian origin. Unlike Greece , which gets enraged by FYROM's moves toying with the cultural heritage from the Antiquity period and is tangled with Macedonia in the notorious name dispute, Bulgaria 's governments traditionally react to propaganda fits by Skopje with disregard, while the general public in Bulgaria accepts them with ridicule. To the extent that Bulgaria has made any claims towards Macedonia , those have boiled down to the refusal to allow Skopje to hijack Bulgaria 's historical heritage from the Middle Ages and the 19th century Revival Period. Bulgaria was the first sovereign nation to recognize the independence of the Republic of Macedonia in 1991.

Margin Analysis in Economy The Union 's expenses for Poland in the amount of 2.3 percent of the Polish GDP influence the growth of the GDP by at least 6 percentage points. It is one of the symptoms of the multiplier effect of one event on another. However, the influence of the economic stimulus may be more diversified. (...) Therefore if the increase of assistance from the Union had a multiplier effect on the growth of the GDP in Poland , there is probably also a reverse dependency. The fact that one is a net payer by Germany or France limits their GDP much more significantly than it appears from the amounts transferred. In case of Germany who pays the most into the Union budget, the net spending of 12 billion euro annually means that, already with the view of the perspective of next year, this expense lessens the GDP of Germany by about 40 billion euro. Since it is the life cycle of analysis, then the lack of means translates in a multiplier effect into subsequent years, etc. The final effect means that the long-term contribution of Germany may turn out to be an excessive burden that is visible only in 10-15 years. The amounts that the Germans are giving away to the Union budget now plus the multiplier effect in long-term may bring about the fact that the Germans will pay for the Union several hundred billion euro (near one trillion) expressed in current euro - this is the power of the multiplier effect in a long period of time. Greek Authorities Try to Create Tensions among Macedonians
http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/18905/46/ August 15th, ethnic Macedonians were celebrating the 'Assumption of Mary' a religious holiday celebrated for decades in most of Aegean Macedonia. Greek authorities employed tactics already seen in Ovcarani 20 years ago when it volunteered to organize a Macedonian celebration in Nered, an ethnic Macedonian village populated exlusively by Macedonians 10km away from Lerin. The Greek authorities and police structures allowed bands (for the first time) to play and sing Macedonian songs. The goal of the Greek authorities was to create tensions among ethnic Macedonians and to ruin the celebration planned weeks ago at the local stadium, organized by Nered's Cultural Society. This way Nered had two Macedonian celebrations, one of course sponsored by the authorities at the city square. The two events caused tensions among Macedonians, with the ones going to the Stadium calling the others 'traitors' for going to the celebration organized by Greek authorities (free food?). "The celebration organized by the police and the authorities was at the square. They were singing Macedonian songs, however they were also forced to request Greek songs and Vlach songs. The idea was to portray this 'multi-ethnic' character of the area, even though only Macedonians live here", says a Macedonian who visited both celebrations. This has happened before. Years ago, Greek authorities paid pro-Greek Macedonians in Ovcarani to form a parallel cultural society to the one already in existence. There as well were parallel Macedonian celebrations, as the one organized in Nered. At the time pro Greek Macedonians were hired and placed in high positions at the Electric company. Greek authorities tasked these Macedonians to recruit the 'other' Macedonians by offering them employment. The same scenario is currently employed in Nered. Greece is using the good old tactics of 'Divide and Conquer'. Perhaps Athens is trying to create their new Karamanlis, whose mother was ethnic Macedonian and father of Turkish heritage.

I'm no expert on this, but it is well known that Egypt was under Macedonian rule from the time of Alexander The Great's conquest. The "New Greeks" claim that the centre text on the Rosetta Stone is "Egyptian" Demotic Writing. I don't believe anything they say. I'm sure Tentov and Boshevski would have compared the characters and symbols from the Rosetta Stone centre text with earlier 'known' writings of "Egyptian" Demotic and that there is a difference. Letters to "Rizospastis" (Journal of the Greek Communist Party) ELECTION PROGRAM OF THE WORKERS AND PEASANTS' UNITED FRONT, August 1932. http://www.gate.net/~mango/Rizospastis.htm The United Front of the Workers and Peasants declares that the struggle for support of the oppressed nationalities: the Macedonians, Turks and Armenians is a general task of all the working population in Greece. This struggle should be directed against spiritual, political and economic oppression and against the forcible hellenization practiced in schools. Schools in the mother tongue of the population should be demanded. The mother tongue should be used in the various government agencies and also in the courts of justice. A struggle should be also waged against the fascist bands, against the massacres, against the arson supported by the

government of Venizelos and by all bourgeois parties; against the law which separates the Jews and Turks in different voting lists; against expropriation of the land. The right to self-determination including full secession for all the oppressed nationalities which have been forcibly annexed to Greece should be demanded. (Rizospastis, ar. 340, August 33, 1932, p.1) PERSECUTION OF MACEDONIANS IN THE DRAMA REGION, April 6, 1934 The whole bourgeois press reported yesterday that at the village of Drenova, region of Drama, which is inhabited by Macedonians, and "anarcho-communist" organization which intended..."to blow up and set fire to the whole town of Drama, was discovered." A police detail from Drama raided the village and arrested 8 peasants. In fact, this was a brutal attack against the communists who were presented as anarchists, and whose names were compared with those of the hated Komitajis, the obvious aim being to stifle their struggle for the rights of the national minorities. The workers and the peasants of Greece should protest against the deportations of the Macedonians, rejecting the slander of an alleged agreement between the communists on the one hand, and the Komitajis, fascist agents of the Bulgarian capitalists, on the other. [Rizospatis, ar.27,(6963), 6.IV.1933, p.1] COMMUNIST LEAFLETS IN SERRES, April 15, 1934 On April 15, 1934, the town square was covered with leaflets with revolutionary proclamations calling upon the soldiers to struggle for a solution to their problems and against the beastly reign of terror. Officers imprisoned the soldiers who had read the leaflets, asking them to reveal the names of the individuals who distributed them. The most barbarous methods were used against us Macedonians, soldiers of the 6th Heavy Artillery Regiment. The majority of us are illiterate, we do not know Greek and therefore we frequently do not understand their orders. The officers tried to teach us to read and write, but their efforts were abandoned too soon and were preformed so improperly that none of us learned anything. Following this, the 12 soldiers who did not learn anything were punished by 5 days in jail, each. Two days later we were given one tomato and stuffed pepper each, which is not enough for anyone. The 140 soldiers, after they have been given this food, gathered around the kettle and, in spite of the officers' threats, demanded better food for the value of 25 Drachmas. Eventually, their bowls were filled up with food which had been left in the kettle.Serres, April 15, 1934 A Macedonian {Rizospastis, ar.195 (7132), 25.IV.1934, p.3 } OPPRESION OF THE MACEDONIANS IN VODEN, June 6, 1934 Voden. - Here, in Voden, and in our whole district, in the heart of Macedonia, here where we Macedonians do not know any other language but our own Macedonian, various agents of the Greek capitalism force us to speak Greek. Consequently, they threaten us constantly with expulsion toBulgaria, they call us Komitajis, expropriate our fields which we have drenched with our sweat just to produce a piece of bread. In addition, they deprive us of the freedom which our fathers won after many years of struggle in which they gave thair lives for the liberation of Macedonia. We live under the yoke of Greek capitalism, literally as slaves. In the elementary schools, the young children who speak their own language are beaten every day. Particularly here in Voden, the henchman and fascist Georgiadis beats the children if they speak their Macedonian tongue, if they wrap their notebooks in red paper, or if they use red ink or red colors. Second Lieutenant Tagaris is another "great hero," anti- communist and persecutor of Macedonians. In his slandering of communism in our district, he does not even shrink from such nonsense as saying that we are not communists but rather Bulgarian Komitajis etc. Not long ago, a number of Macedonian comrades were arrested, and Tagaris threatened them with grave consequences if they did not stop agitating among the youth. A number of other comrades, Prosfigis, were arrested together with them. They were repeatedly told that the local people were Bulgarian and Komitajis. To these agents of capitalism the Macedonians keep repeating that they cannot be intimidated by anything and that they will continue their struggle until they attain their full liberation.

Voden, June 6, 1934 A Macedonian correspondent; [Rizospastis, ar.89 (7026), 10.VI.1934, p.3] MACEDONIANS IN THE ANTI-FASCIST FRONT; June 8, 1934 Lerin (Florina). - It has been some time now that the whole bourgeois press launched a campaign against the Macedonian people. It represents a part of the fascist and military measures which the Government of Tsaldaris carries out in its orientation towards an increasingly brutal oppression of the people's masses in Macedonia. The campaign is waged not only by the bourgeois press but also by all the other agents og Greek capitalism. The Chief of the Security Forces here, Karamaunas, whenever he meets us on the streets threatens us with the words: "You are Bulgarians and if by any chance I discover any sort of organized movement, I will beat you without mercy and then I will deport you." We Macedonians should rise with greater courage and by means of increased activities should reject this campaign because it brings us an even more brutal oppression, starvation, misery and war. Appropriate activities have also been undertaken at the Anti-Fascist Congress. Five hundred drachmas were donated to cover the expenses of our representative. However, this will not do. We should start forming anti-fascist associations, and we should bravely reject the yoke imposed by our oppresors, and create a free and indipendent Macedonia. A nationally conscious Macedonian, [Rizospastis, ar.87, (7024), 8.VI.1934, p.1] ARRESTS AND TORTURE OF MACEDONIANS IN THE SERRES AREA, June 24, 1934 Macedonian peasants, especially the poor ones, are dragged through the jails because of unpaid debts of only 60 to 100 Drachmas. Six days ago, in addition to those arrested for their unpaid debts a number of peasants from the village of Frashtani were arrested and accused of supplying the Komitajis. Nine more peasants were taken to jail from Xeropotamo(?) and charged likewise. These two villages are located within two hours walking distance from Serres and seven hours from the Bulgarian border. All these poor Macedonians do not know Greek and only speak their own language. Under torture they were forced to admit that Komitajis had been passing through their village. It has left us at the mercy of Captain Marko Papaterpov, an Andart and goat thief who robs us of our forests which provide a living for 2000 Macedonian families from Dolni and Gorni Nestram. The plundering of the woods have aroused all the villagers, young and old alike. We oppressed Macedonians address you and ask you to help us in our struggle because you have been leading us for some time now. It represents a most glorious symbol, mainly because this Uprising manifested the unity of the Mace-donian people. Along the northern periphery of capitalist Greece, a whole nation groans under the heavy boot of two-fold, economic and national exploitation and pressure; that is the Macedonian people. The Greek capitalists, landowners and generals, using fire and sword, try to "hellenize" these people and make them slaves. However, the long-suffering Macedonian people, who have given so many sacri-fices, are not prepared to surrender as slaves to the clutches of their oppressors. They are struggling for their liberation and independence. At their side as their allies stand the Greek workers and peasants who know that "people who oppress another people cannot be free themselves". The news report from western Macedonia, which is published below, shows that the Macedonians are waking up and that they are finding the true road towards their liberation. Fleeing from the harmful influence of the fascist organization of Mihajlov-Protogerov's (I.M.R.O.), they are entering the united revolutionary organization - the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organi-zation (United), which continues the bright and glorious traditions of the struggle for the independence of Macedonia. The village of Arsen, district of Voden, is populated with 165 Macedonian families and by about 80 Prosfigi. In addition to the heavy taxation which we are paying, in addition to the poverty and misery which burdens and oppresses us, we experience wild terrorism which is used against us by the state agencies, of course upon orders of the Tsaldaris government, as was the case earlier, under the government of Venizelos. We cannot go and file complaints in the regional office because there we are kicked out of the offices and called Bulgarian komitadjis, only because we are Macedonians. However, we declare in full voice: "We are neither Bulgarians nor Greeks. We are Macedonians! We shall struggle for full independence from the Bulgarian, Greek and Serbian whip". We know that we shall be successful - provided we are organized, and provided we enjoy the support of the workers and peasants of Greece. At a conference which we had one of our comrades presented the program and activities of the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization (United). We formed two groups with ten members each, as well as a three-member committee which will organize new groups in all Macedonian villages in the Vrtikop area (district of Voden). We invite all the peasants from the Lerin area and from the area of Enidze Vardar, so that we may start publishing a newspaper for the Macedonians in western Macedonia in our own mother language. Two groups of Macedonians with nine members each, and another one with six members were formed in the

village Eksi-Su. They have assumed the task of enlightening the peasants and organizing the struggle of the Macedonian people for liberation. These groups invite the other villages: Ajtos, Zeleniche and Ljubetino to organize themselves in groups and to make efforts to start publishing a Macedonian newspaper in our own mother language. We should declare in full voice to our Greek masters that we are not Greeks, nor are we Bulgarians or Serbs, but pure Macedonians. In the village of Patele a Macedonian organization was formed to fight for the liberation of the long-suffering Macedonian people who are groaning under a Greek reign of terror. The government terrorizes the Macedonian fighters and has decided to deport Andreja Chipov.* The population of Patele protested against this act and demanded an end to the deportations, and also a release of all the deported fighters. Patele, October 26, 1934. A Macedonian (Rizospastis, 243/7173, 1.XI.1934, s.3) *- Andreja Chipov (1904-1956), well-known Macedonian and Greek revolutionary. In 1933. he became a leader of the I.M.R.O. (United) in Aegean Macedonia and member of the Central committee of the Communist Party of Greece. In 1936-1941 he was deported to Akronavplia (Greece). For a short period in 1941 he was secretary of the C.C. of the KKE. Participant in the National Libe-ration Front. "ON THE SIDE OF THE MACEDONIANS. THE MACEDONIANS RESPOND", October, 1934. (This article was written and published in Macedonian, in the dialect spoken in Lerin area, however in the Greek alphabet.) Comrades, Brother Macedonians! Greek capitalists are making comprehensive and intensive preparations for a new war and for establishing a fascist dictatorship(Greek word). Greek capitalists want to create conditions in which it will be possible to tyrannize (Greek word) and exploit you even more. They want to take your children to Athens, the capital of Greece. The same is being done by Simo Stanofcki who is a dog, who 1ies (Greek word), who is a representative of Greek capitalism and who is trying to tie you up in a way you will never be able to shake off. Beware of these spies, because they want by dictatorship and by fire and sword to force you to learn the Greek language, to forbid you to speak your own Macedonian language which is your mother tongue. They want you to fight in a new war for the benefit of the rich (Turkish word), so that they will pack up again their coffers with the blood and bones of poor Macedonians. Everything they do, depriving you of the very last morsel of bread, forces you to flee abroad, trying t9 make it impossible for you to come back because you are Macedonians. Therefore, comrades, brother Macedonians, the first thing you should do is to spit in the face of the spy, the fascist Simo Stanofcki and not to let yourselves be deceived again by him, not to let him take your children to Athens to work for the profit of the rich and to your detriment. You should ask the village mayors to return the 500 drachmas which the village gave for every Macedonian who went to Athens and to demand that this amount should be paid back by the royal Greek capital. You should demand to be allowed to speak Macedonian in government offices (Greek word), in the courts of justice, everywhere. You should demand that the children of Macedonians should be given the right to return from abroad. You should declare in full voice all as one: "Macedonia to the Macedonians! Down with the war and the fascist dictatorship! Let us liberate Macedonia and Thrace". A Macedonian From Lerin (Rizospastis. 203 (7141), 3. X 1934, s. 5.) "RIZOSPASTIS" ON THE SIDE OF THE OPPRESSED MACEDONIANS, November 13, 1934 The Workers' and communists' "Rizospastis" The "tiroriata" (terror) against the Macedonians in the district of Sorvich (Amindeon) has reached its peak. Macedonian women who sell 20 kilos of peppers in order to buy a kilo of bread and butter for their families are taken to the market inspectorate to buy market licenses. The women who did not know Greek went together, in order to be able to complain, with a peasant who spoke Greek, to the market inspector. However, the inspector, enraged, told them to submit a written complaint and asked them to immediately pay 60 Drachmas each. This is

one more reason why we should organize groups of Macedonians in order to fight for an indipendent state. LARGE LANDOWNERS OPPRESS THE POOR PEASANTS IN MACEDONIA, December 1934. Dear "Rizospastis",. We ask you who have long been on our side and who have always helped us Macedonians who are oppressed and doubly exploited, to publish the following letter: Here, in Enidze-Vardar the whip, curses and heavy taxes are used against us. Our fathers fought against the Turks, but they also fought for liberation from the Greek oppressors. Thus for example, the landowner Zervulaki takes every day parts of the land which was given to us by the state in 1923. He talks derisively to us saying that the land will be ours only to make us pay taxes. However, now the anti-popular government gives the land openly to the landowners. He wants to enlarge his 500 acres to 1500 and even to 5000 acres, and, as he states himself, in order to make the peasants slaves on his estate. Already for seven years now, since 1930, we have been paying taxes only to see now how the land is being taken from us Macedonians. All the poor people who express their dissatisfaction say that they have understood only now that we have been duped by all the bour-geois parties. However, by means of our struggle in the United Front together with the workers, we demand the abolition of all the large estates and distribution of the land to the poor peasants; we demand cancellation of the loans given by the banks and by usurers; we demand to be granted non-interest longterm loans. We declare that we shall struggle against fascism and the attempts made to involve us in the war. Enidze-Vardar Poor Macedonians (Rizospastis, 274 (7212), 13. XII 1934, s. 3) SUPPORT THE MACEDONIANS, January 1935. Dear "Rizospastis" We write these few lines to you who are the only protector of the oppressed national minorities: All the Greek people have been following these days the debate concerning the refugee problem in the League of Nations in connection with the Greek minority living in Albania, groaning under the yoke of the Albanian government. The Greeks in Albania, faced with the closing down of their Greek schools, demand quite righteously observation of the treaties signed between Albania and Greece. We, the downtrodden Macedonian minority, wish from the bottom of our hearts that the demands of our brothers in Northern Epirus may be realized because we, Macedonians are in the same position, under the yoke of the Greek government. We also demand that the whole working class and the progressive press should raise their voice in support of our rights. We also want to be able to speak freely our Macedonian language and to open Macedonian schools where our children will be educated. We demand that the Greek government should implement the treaties concerning the minorities, which it has actually been oppress-ing for so many years, as has been the case with us Macedonians as with other minorities - (note added by "Rizospastis"). However, the Greek government, instead of giving us our rights, is interested only in our forcible "hellenization". I read it eagerly and I thought over past events. I thought about my criminal attitude towards the Macedonians in the period between 1893-1896. In Macedonia armed groups were former whose goal was the liberation and self-determination ofMacedonia. During this period Bulgaria sent the Komitadjis to Macedonia. One night, the arch-Komitadji Apostol, a terrorist from the district of Enidze-Vardar, came to my house with some 30 Komitadjis. He first intimidated me and then succeeded in convincing me to become a Komitadji by promising me a pay of 50 liras a month and free education for my children. We made war against the Turks, but also we fought against the members of the I.M.R.O. Using terror, murder and bribery, we succeeded in destroying the Macedonian groups. Then we declared that Macedoniawas Bulgarian and that we were fighting for her annexation to Bulgaria. That was a great mistake! Only now do I understand what I did. Hi, Risto Congratulations on the anniversary of the Makedondska Armia. "Nashata Armia, Narodna Armia, Nepobedima sekagash, nova podnovena gotova sekogash,da brani Makedonia". This was one of the songs we used to sing as mladi pionery. Now, I would like to inform you that I posted to you a booklet, with most of the articles, I already have emailed to you. The title is: "Forged Documents about Macedonian History." The Idea is that a Greek state or Hellas never existed, they are all French BS, French letters. If possible I will be pleased if you can make some copies and send to: V. Freedman, Gandeto, Serafinoff? I am sure these academics are well informed, but many of these data are personal observations and I was glad when wikipedia confirmed my beliefs. Also Eugene Borza, a great fighter for Macedonian identity. Another issue I would like to draw your attention, and through you to other Macedonian scholars in USA and Canada is the publication of the Greko-American anti-Macedonian Lobby, called; "The Orthodox Study Bible", which I bought it at our church, and believe me, it is a political Greko interpretation of the biblical events. When they mention " Macedonia " the foot note says it is only a Geographical district, no ethnicity. The name Greece appears everywhere, as if it was a manual of Greek history. In the original version of the modern Bible put together by the protestants in 1560 in Geneva , called: "The Geneva Bible", the name Greece is absent, because, Greek or Greece as a country were invented after 1830 AD.

Hi, Risto About Dimitry who tries to digest some of your arguments, if I may say few ideas. Dimitry, and myself when I got out of the Greek inferno, I thought all those that disagree with the Hellenistic identity, were ignorant, uneducated ands stupid, deserving a bullet between their eyes. So, Hellenes are a dangerous species especially, because they are Janissaries, Janissaries, children taken from their parents and turned against their parent. For instance during the Metaxas dictatorship we, school children were expected to tell on our grand parents if they spoke "Vulgarika", or "that language" at home. The policemen and spies were making money, because you had the choice: admit that you spoke and pay a hefty fine of "prostima", penalty or be sent exile=exoria, in the Greek dry islands and die of dehydration. Dimitri was never told the truth. We Macedonian, Makedontsi know both sides of the story. "Greeks" know only one side of the story. Are they Greeks or Hellenes? Why did they evict the natives from Macedonia ? Why they prefer Afro-Asian colonist to settle Macedonia and deported the Macedonians? Why prohibit Macedonians to visit their native places? Who are these non-Greek Greeks? What is this prohibited non-language language? The Greek genocidal government is called "Democratic, to cover its crimes. Between 1944-1950, 300,000 Macedonians and left wing Greek citizens died in detention and in Greek dry islands, for what reason? The man that sent this information is a computer tech. He spends a lot of time clearing the junk off computers for people and listens to complaints about speed. All forwards are not bad, just some. Be sure you read the very last paragraph. He wrote: By now, I suspect everyone is familiar with snopes.com and/or truthorfiction.com for determining whether information received via email is just that: true/false or fact/fiction. Both are excellent sites. Advice from snopes.com VERY IMPORTANT!! 1) Any time you see an email that says "forward this on to '10' (or however many) of your friends", "sign this petition", or "you'll get bad luck" or "you'll get good luck" or "you'll see something funny on your screen after you send it" or whatever --- it almost always has an email tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and emails of those folks you forward to. The host sender is getting a copy each time it gets forwarded and then is able to get lists of 'active' email addresses to use in SPAM emails or sell to other Spammers. Even when you get emails that demand you send the email on if you're not ashamed of God/Jesus --- that is email tracking, and they are playing on our conscience. These people don't care how they get your email addresses - just as long as they get them. Also, emails that talk about a missing child or a child with an incurable disease "how would you feel if that was your child" --- email tracking. Ignore them and don't participate! 2) Almost all emails that ask you to add your name and forward on to others are similar to that mass letter years ago that asked people to send business cards to the little kid in Florida who wanted to break the Guinness Book of Records for the most cards. All it was, and all any of this type of email is, is a way to get names and 'cookie' tracking information for telemarketers and Spammers -- to validate active email accounts for their own profitable purposes. You can do your Friends and Family members a GREAT favor by sending this information to them. You will be providing a service to your friends. And you will be rewarded by not getting thousands of spam emails in the future! Do yourself a favor and STOP adding your name(s) to those types of listing regardless how inviting they might sound! Or make you feel guilty if you don't! It's all about getting email addresses and nothing more.

You may think you are supporting a GREAT cause, but you are NOT! Instead, you will be getting tons of junk mail later and very possibly a virus attached! Plus, we are helping the Spammers get rich! Let's not make it easy for them! ALSO: Email petitions are NOT acceptable to government or any other organization - e.g. Social security, etc. To be acceptable, petitions must have a "signed signature" and full address of the person signing the petition, so this is a waste of time and you are just helping the email trackers. One of the most important: And another important point is to delete all previous names from your emails before forwarding!!! Send emails to your entire address list BCC then everyone after you doesn't get your friend's email address.

Three Little Words That Work!! (1)The three little words are: 'Hold On, Please...' Saying this, while putting down your phone and walking off (instead of hanging-up immediately) would make each telemarketing call so much more time-consuming that boiler room sales would grind to a halt. Then when you eventually hear the phone company's 'beep-beep-beep' tone, you know it's time to go back and hang up your handset, which has efficiently completed its task. These three little words will help eliminate telephone soliciting. (2) Do you ever get those annoying phone calls with no one on the other end? This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone. This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a 'real' sales person to call back and get someone at home. What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times as quickly as possible. This confuses the machine that dialed the call, and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer!!! (3) Junk Mail Help: When you get ads enclosed with your phone or utility bill, return these ads with your payment. Let the sending companies throw their own junk mail away. When you get those 'pre-approved' letters in the mail for everything from credit cards to 2nd mortgages and similar type junk, do not throw away the return envelope. Most of these come with postage-paid return envelopes, right? It costs them more than the regular postage, 'IF' and when they receive them back. It costs them nothing if you throw them away! The postage was around 50 cents before the last increase and it is according to the weight. In that case, why not get rid of some of your other junk mail and put it in these cool little, postage-paid return envelopes. One of Andy Rooney 's (60 minutes) ideas. Send an ad for your local chimney cleaner to American Express. Send a pizza coupon to Citibank. If you didn't get anything else that day, then just send them their blank application back! If you want to remain anonymous, just make sure your name isn't on anything you send them. You can even send the envelope back empty if you want to just to keep them guessing! It still costs them 60 cents. The banks and credit card companies are currently getting a lot of their own junk back in the mail, but folks, we need to OVERWHELM them. Let's let them know what it's like to get lots of junk mail, and best of all they're paying for it...Twice! Let's help keep our postal service busy since they are saying that e-mail is cutting into their business profits, and that's why they need to increase postage costs again. You get the idea!
