Most current being the 330 million USD Spent Acid Regeneration Plant and Sulphuric Acid Alkylation Unit at PETROTRIN Pointe-a-Pierre Refinery as Project Manager. Successfully managed key project deliverables of Schedule, Cost, Quality, HSE, Local Value Add and Technical Specifications through the pre-bid aspect of the tender package, the post-bid activities- Engineering, Procurement and Construction and the Turnover of Systems and Precommissioning project phases. Tighter supervision of the main EPCM contractor Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities by a high performance, tight knit, team aligned to set project goals and objectives to ensure project deliverables such as Schedule, Cost, HSE, Quality, Local Content and Project Specifications. Maintain Lump Sum Contract Value to within 12 % of Original Budget.
