Mohammad Ali Jinnah University chartered by the Govt. of Sindh and recognized by the Higher Education Commission, was established in 1998. The faculty of MAJU is highly educated having earned doctoral and masters degrees from U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Australia and reputed institutions in Pakistan. The purpose of structuring course offerings with a blend of general education, humanitites. Social sciences and a field of specialization is to develop a balanced personality.
