A process that has developed rapidly in recent years has been what we call globalization of capital and one

factor that has impulsed this process has been the development of the technologies of information and communication, which have enabled a faster flow of information, especially digital cash flow, which has favored business. These developments, which have helped scientific progress and have changed our perception of the world and how we communicate, pose new challenges and issues global and increasingly urgent to be solved, such as poverty, economic inequality, volatile markets; and also has pose new paradigms not only in business but in society itself and that only through good leadership, which today more than ever it becomes necessary, that manages to mix the innovations, entrepreneurship and fair competition and ethics especially in a world which has lost its sense of justice and equality and need solutions to environmental problems, economic and social. To begin, nowadays the leadership and the role of the leader is critical in organizations, however, what we find in some companies is the existence of a vertical organizational structure where the leader's role becomes one that just gives instructions and orders, not one which should inspire confidence and commitment among workers. Therefore, it is important to take into account the type of leadership that is exerting in an organization, as this should allow workers make decisions and give them more freedom in their work and not be so rigid. It is also to highlight the new role being played by women as leaders in important and prestigious companies. For example, according to an August report by Goldman Sanchs that said "The power of purse women are the economic force in the future. Additionally, women have different characteristics to men, according to Kathy Caprino, who says that four key female leadership traits have emerged nowadays. First, women have stronger interpersonal and emphatic skills; second, women have resilience in applying lessons and learning from adversity; third, women honor inclusion over hierarchy, and forth women take risks and resist following the rules. Thus, a good leader is essential, not only companies or organizations but also in society, who is able to redirect the interest and effort of workers to the objectives of the company. Moreover, the good leader must learn to identify and take the skills of their workers for the good of the companies, which need to adapt to the rapid change of the business world. Secondly, innovation and entrepreneurship can create efficient processes which cut costs and increase production. According to Robert B. Also, I think that the new challenges posed by the world we live in such as poverty, economic and social inequality and the increasingly changing economy, where companies need to be reinventing at every moment, the entrepreneurship to create new businesses, new production processes and especially new forms for the equitable distribution of wealth, it is essential and must be carried out by society, and not just by one person.
