Description: Tension sets are intended for connecting ADSS cable with pole/tower. The armor rods not only can reduce the cable stress, avoid stress centralization, and deliver axial tension, but also distribute the stress equally throughout the high distance length of cable to protect ADSS cable surface and core from damage. According to different application, we can provide medium-and-large tension strength tension sets. Basic Configuration: (1) Inner armor rods, (2) Outer armor rods, (3) Clevis Thimble, (4) Extension link (5) Anchor shackle: U-7 Features: (1) Stress is distributed equally, without stress focus. It can protect optical cables very well. (2) Under the condition of not exceeding the intensity of cable's side pressure, it has higher grip power for the cable, and can support higher tensile force. (3) The grip power for the cable is not less than 95% of rating's pulling resisting intensity of the optical cable, completely satisfying the needs of setting up the cable. Application

Fig. Suspension sets Description: The suspension set for ADSS cable is specifically designed for the installation of cables on the pole/tower. The unilateral angle of the suspension will be 1518.This suspension is recommended as being superior to armor-clamp combinations, for protecting conductors from bending stress, compression stress and abrasion. The grip strength of the clamp is bigger than 10%-20% of the rated tensile strength. Basic Configuration: (1) Inner armor rods, (2) Outer armor rods, (1) Suspension clamp (rubber clamp piece, aluminum cover) (2) Anchor shackle: U-7 (3) Extension link Features: (1).Stress is distributed equally, without stress focus. It can improve the intensity of cable line installation point, and better protect the cable. (2).It has higher supporting capability of dynamic stress. The double-layer structure has better protection to the operating cable that has imbalanced load for long time. Its grip power can reach 10-20% of the pulling resisting intensity of the optical cable. (3).The greater interface with the optical cable and the gentle rubber clamp piece reduce the wearing out and improve self-damping. (4).The flat surface and the smooth shape of end improve the discharging voltage and

reduce the loss of electric power. (5).The superior aluminum alloy material has higher comprehensive mechanical performance and cauterization resisting capability, and extends the lifetime usage. (6).Easy installation; no need for special tools, no need for maintenance. Poles/ towers with corner angle of less than or equal to 25in straight lines. The angle of single-side suspensions is between15-18.

The Down-lead Clamp is used for fixing optical fiber when jumping and/or down leading. And it was commonly installed every 1.5 ~ 2 meter.
