The entire Parmani (Promotional Club) organization works on a single ERP system, which unifies all the departments working. This not only makes us one of a kind but also gives us the superiority of efficient functioning. This allows us to typically handle the manufacturing, logistics, distribution, inventory, shipping, invoicing, and accounting for a company. This also synchronises our business activities like sales, delivery, billing, production, inventory management, quality management, and human resources management. Our today's structure is in complete contrast to our yesteryears' departments, which have given way to modules like CRM, SRM, SCM and EPM, to not only give efficient services to our customers but also to deal effectively with suppliers. Our ERP functioning is cross-functional and enterprise wide. All functional departments that are involved in operations or production are integrated in one system. In addition to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and Information Technology, this also includes accounting, human resources, marketing, and strategic management. The automation level that we have in Parmani Group is at par with the best of the best in garment industry.

Wool range of wool from 1/56s to 2/120s & everything in between. Angora & Cashmere 2/40s to 2/200s both in woven & knitted & blends like Wool / Silk / Cashmere. Silks Tabby, Habutai (40gms), Twill, Crepe, Georgette & Chiffon (40, 60 & 80gms) Cotton / Silk blends Cottons Voile, Cambric & Gauze. Plus specials like PIMA Viscose range of yarn from 2/20s to 1/60s. Most fabrics are woven specially by us to meet buyer specs. Modal range of yarn from 1/40s to micro 1/60s. Both knitted & woven Many special fibres like Bamboo, Soy, Milk, Organic cotton and more

Weaving
We prefer to weave our own fabrics for maximum customization & especially to make sure that customer requirements are met & quality is maintained throughout the production process. We have owned weaving (Donnier looms), plus weavers who have been associated with our family for over 30years and produce our fabrics only.

Finishing & Packing Capacity: 10,000pcs / day Textile processing is incomplete till we add printing to the mix. We take pride in our printing techniques & with management experience of owning & running printing factories for over 30years, we feel very confident in taking the most challenging of printing jobs & deliver. However, we have grown with the times and use some of the best Dye stuffs, wax & finishing agents from Huntsman, Clariant Chemicals, Auchtel & more Current types of Printing: Table printing this technique of printing is one of the oldest and used maximum for scarves & light weight fabrics. We own our own 16tables of which 2 tables run sampling day in & out and rest are involved in production doing approx. 4000mtrs /day. Max. fabrics used like Wools, silks & other high end fabrics. Our specialties: # of screens up to 25 Single screen size up to 100cm x 200cm or 145cm x 145cm All steam Ager process to produce extremely soft fabric. Flatbed Outsourced technique used for high production runs but especially for border designs. Special fabric feeding machine to minimize bowing. Special screen making technique to make PHOTOGRPAHIC Prints Production capacity 20,000mtrs / day Rotary Outsourced technique used for high production runs especially for running designs & most suited for fabrics like Cottons, Viscose & Polyester or blends therein. Production capacity 50,000mtrs / day Digital printing Great technique for sampling & small production runs for Silks & wool. Production 500mtrs / day Expansion plans we plan to put GALI printing machines from Spain to complement our existing table printing very soon. This will give us the ability to do unlimited number of screens (obviously within reason) while with the precision of displacement of less than 0.1mm.
