Exercise Logs for weeks 1-8 are due the week of 10/10 for a midterm grade and WILL NOT be accepted after Friday 10/14. MAKE A COPY OF YOUR LOG TO KEEP. You should have accumulated at least 14 hours of exercise (This does NOT include exercise time for the week of 10/11-10/15 This weeks exercise time will be totaled at the end of the semester). **IMPORTANT: Round all exercise times to the nearest quarter hour. For example, if you exercised from 12:00 1:12, you would document that you exercised for 1 hour & 15 minutes, which should be written down as 1.25 hours. If you exercised from 11:15 until 11:47, you would document that you exercised for 30 minutes, which should be written down as .5 hours. Total all your exercise hours each week & write that time down in the space provided below each weekly chart.
To submit exercise logs: Scan your exercise logs into your computer in pdf format. If you do not have a scanner &/or need help with this step, please contact Distance Learning in the library at BCC. Email to Kelli Sabiston at sabistonk@brunswickcc.edu. If this document is lost & I do not receive it, you will receive a zero for this portion of your grade.
Grading scale: 13.0 hours or more = A; 12.0 hours 12.75 hours = B; 10.75- hours 11.75 hours = C; 9.75 hours 10.5 hours = D; Fewer than 9.75 hours = F
