Application form attached to the prospectus must be filled up in Capital Letters. A photocopy of the relevant certificates should be attached to the application form at the time of admission. Students should mention the name of the Elective selected for study in the space provided in the application form. Application for admission along with the prescribed fee by DD or Cheque drawn in favor of IIBM Institute of Business Management payable at New Delhi/Meerut should reach the institute before the last date given in the application form. A covering letter mentioning the purpose remittance of any fees should accompany the DD. Furnish correct address with PIN code to ensure proper delivery of letters. Change of address must be intimated to the institute without delay. The necessary fee must be paid along with the application form for consideration of the admission. Students should write on the reverse side of the DD his/her name and the name of the study they propose to join. Step 1 Download the application form from the website or E-mail Sent to you. Step 2 Fill the application from and cheque /DD In favor of IIBM INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT payable at Meerut/New Delhi. IIBM | Dispatch of Study Material

The institute will start dispatching study materials semester-wise within 25 days after the enrollment of the student. Students who are in the arrears of the payment will not be eligible to get the study materials in time. Any student who does not receive the study material must contact the institute at the earliest. Additional courier charge would be applicable for all the students enrolling outside India. An additional amount of Rs. 8,000/-per semester is applicable for all such candidates.
IIBM | Subject Transfer System

Subject Transfer System is a system that allows the candidate to opt another Program from IIBM and for those earlier studied subjects gets exempted. The basic objective of Subject Transfer System is to encourage students to continue learning during their Career span. IIBM offers number of Programs for gaining more knowledge to the learner Students pursuing the lower level Program and wish to pursue higher level Program from IIBM, then the subjects studied in the earlier program would be exempted. Course Level DBA Level 1 EPGDBM Level 2 PGDBM Level 3 MBA -1 Year Level 4 MBA 2 Year Level 5 For opting another Program from IIBM, Student must have passed in all subject(s) of earlier program with minimum marks of 50%. There will be no concession in the Program Fees for the program in which the students want to enroll through this system. Subject Transfer are not allowed for any course studied from other institutes / Universities. It applies on IIBM courses only.

Important: The Certificate provided to the Students would not be mentioning that they have opted for Fast track Program. So, that would lead the candidate to achieve the status of the original course they have taken admission into.
IIBM | Examination & Examination Methods

Examination will be sent to the students, semester wise along with the study material, for all the studies which have to be completed as directed by the institute and should be returned for assessment two weeks before the examination. Marks of each examination will be considered while issuing the marks list and passing certificate. Students can learn without putting additional stress of giving 3 hours class room Examination. For that, IIBM offering the Open Book Examination and providing three different modes for conducting exams to the Students: 1) Postal Based Examination- For such Students, institute has provision to send question papers through post. These are to be completed/answered and the response sheets should be returned to the institute within the given time. 2) Email Based Examination- For such Students, institute send the question papers through e-mail. The candidates are required to submit the answers within the prescribed limit to the institute through e-mail. 3) Centre Based Examination- Examinations of all courses is normally held at Meerut Center. In such a case, the students will not be allowed to refer the study material in the examination, *Centre Based Examination conducted on a particular limit of Candidates for this mode.
IIBM | Examination Fee

An examination fee of Rs. 250/- for each paper has to be remitted, by DD drawn in favor of IIBM Institute of Business Management payable at New Delhi/Meerut when intimated. Students who fail in a paper(s) must reappear for the failed paper(s), in the subsequent examination by remitting an amount of Rs. 250/- for each paper.
IIBM | Examination Result

Examination results will be published within 45 days from the last examination's date.
IIBM | Examination Grades

The passing certificate with grades and the marks list will be sent to the students after obtaining overall pass in the examination. Minimum Marks to pass in each paper : 45% Minimum Marks to pass overall (Aggregate) : 50% Important : Candidates should submit all the examination papers related to a particular semester in one go, otherwise the marks-sheet would be marked as failed.
