CruiseFest2009 – Insurance Options
It's time to start thinking about travel insurance for CruiseFest 2009. Here is some information
and web links to help you understand your options. As always - any questions - give us a call.

After the final payment date for CruiseFest 2009 (December 1, 2008)
if you have to cancel your trip, or if weather or another unforeseeable
event cause you to miss the trip you will forfeit part or all of your
investment in CruiseFest 2009 unless you have insurance coverage.

We know you don't want this to happen and we don't want to have to
explain to people that they have lost everything. That is why we
recommend you purchase Trip Insurance. Not only will this type of
coverage protect you if yo have to cancel or weather delays our trip -
you will receive coverage while on the trip for accidents, lost luggage, illness and much more!

Please review the information below which should help you decide which option you prefer. If
you have questions, or just want to discuss the options please call us (214.674.7693) send us an
email (gregg@zoestravel.org) or see us at the Information meeting October 28, 2008 in Hot
Springs Village.

We provide you with two options for Travel Coverage. You can choose coverage offered by the
cruise line (NCL) or by a company offered by Zoe's Travel Service
(CSA travel protection). There are significant differences in what each
plan covers. There are coverage and cost differences between the two
programs, but there is one big difference between the coverage’s you
need to makes sure you understand.

That big difference is:

 The NCL (cruise line) coverage only covers the Cruise cost portion of the CruiseFest
package. This is about 50 to 60% of the total cost. The cruise line coverage only covers
you during the cruise portion of the trip. Simply this means that if the bus cannot leave
on time because of weather and we miss the cruise, Cruise line insurance WILL NOT
pay!

 The CSA (Zoe's Travel) coverage covers ALL non-refundable portions of your
CruiseFest2009 vacation including delays caused by weather, etc. It also covers you for
the entire time you are on the trip from when you leave Hot Springs Village until you are
back at the Village. Under this plan if the bus was delayed by weather and you missed the
Cruise you WOULD BE covered under the CSA policy. Click this link for detailed
information on CSA.

CSA Travel Frequently Ask Questions
Is it possible to insure pre-existing medical conditions?

Yes, CSA accepts pre-existing medical conditions for you, your traveling companions and family
members. Moreover, CSA offers its customers the flexibility to cover pre-existing conditions up
to final payment. Pre-existing medical conditions are accepted with both our Freestyle and
Freestyle Luxe plans when you meet two requirements. First, you must not be disabled from
travel when you buy the insurance. Second, you must purchase the insurance prior to or within
24 hours of your final payment.

What's available to me before, during and after my trip?

Before and during your trip, 24-Hour Emergency Hotline is available to assist you with various
travel needs, including medical or legal referrals, emergency cash transfers, pre-travel advice,

Phone: 214.674.7693 or 866.373.5767 (toll free Voice Mail) Email: cheryl@zoestravel.org
translation services, identity theft resolution services, concierge services and more. If the
unexpected occurs, our customer service representatives can assist you with any claims forms
needed, as well as providing you the individualized attention you may need. Upon receipt of
your completed claims forms, a dedicated claims agent will be assigned specifically to your case
upon your return.

Can my traveling companions and I be insured on the same policy?

Yes. Each policy can insure up to 10 travelers. Note that some benefits are subject to policy
maximums; therefore, we typically recommend four travelers to a single policy to maximize your
coverage. If the total trip cost is not equally shared by travelers, you may want to consider
purchasing different policies.

Can I forego parts of the coverage?

CSA Travel Protection offers comprehensive coverage to guard against gaps and lower benefit
limits found in other types of insurance, such as credit cards and homeowner policies. Travel
insurance plans are tailored for all types of vacationers. CSA insurance reimburses your pre-paid,
non-refundable expenses if you cannot travel for a covered reason. It also provides post-
departure benefits in case you face the unexpected while traveling.

May I add coverage to my policy after I purchase it?

Yes. If you purchase additional arrangements prior to your departure date, a simple phone call to
customer service will allow you to add coverage. Should you need to extend the dates for your
trip, you may do so by calling us prior to your scheduled return date.

What if I change my mind?

If you purchase this plan and are not satisfied within 10 days of receipt, contact CSA Travel
Protection directly to indicate your desire to cancel. If you haven't already left on your trip, you
will receive a complete refund.

I understand I can cancel for any reason. How does that work and what
percentage of my trip costs and premium will be reimbursed if I do?

"Cancel for Any Reason" is an optional coverage, which can be added to our Freestyle Luxe
plan. "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage is built to protect your pre-paid, non-refundable trip
costs, such as cruise packages, tours and side trips if you must cancel. Your percentage of
reimbursement will depend on how far from trip departure you are. The further you are from
your departure date at time of cancellation, the higher the percentage of reimbursement.

Reimbursement of the plan premium is not included under "Cancel for Any Reason." To be
reimbursed for your plan premium, purchase the Freestyle Luxe plan prior to or within 24 hours
of final payment. Note that "Return of Premium" coverage requires that everyone on the plan

must cancel. If only certain members of your group must cancel, "Trip Cancellation" benefits
would be provided for covered reasons defined in the policy.

What does "Cancel for Business Reasons" include?

"Cancel for Business Reasons" coverage is intended to protect the vacation plans of busy
professionals from unforeseen business complications. For example, the insured is required to
work, or the place of employment is rendered unsuitable for business due to a natural disaster, or
the insured is directly involved in a merger or acquisition."Cancel for Business Reasons" is
included with the Freestyle Luxe plan, and can be added to the Freestyle plan.

How does your "no out-of-pocket" service work?

If you need medical assistance while traveling or en route to trip departure, you can call CSA's
24-Hour Assistance Hotline to get a referral within the CSA designated provider network of
30,000 physicians and 180,000 service providers worldwide. Then when you receive treatment,
you simply acknowledge that you received the one-time care, which must be under $1,000, and
the physician or service provider will submit paperwork to be reimbursed directly from CSA.
This allows you to receive treatment without spending your vacation dollars when the
unexpected occurs. If the medical expense is more than $1,000 the standard claims process
would be in place.

24-Hour Assistance Hotline: toll-free inside the United States at (866) 922-0278; collect
worldwide at (202) 974-6480.
