The ascendant has Sun, an Ava Yogi and Mercury, a Dagdha Rashya Adipathi, indicating a seat of highest position of public/ service, with assistance of associates since the Sun is the lord of 6th house which in turn is the house of service with mass appeal and Mercuy is the lord of 4th and 7th as well. Budha Aditya yoga is formed this way or when Ava Yogi Sun and Mercury conjoin. This gives sweet speech, makes one clever and scholarly, virtuous, intelligent, skilful, reputed and highly erudite and earns wealth by serving others. With Dagdha Rashya Adipathi Mercury with Vakragathi, the occupation of any high position gets delayed initially having to face many obstacles.
