School Committee Resolution #436 -- (2008-2009), Resolution submitted by the Medford School Committee, Be it resolved, that the Medford School Committee congratulate Medford High School Senior, Philip Galebach, on his impressive victory in the Manhattan Invitational High School Cross Country Competition. This win is the first in MHS history, and placed Philip among the top 30 finalists of all time in Manhattan. Further, be it resolved, that the Committee recognize Philip's Coach, Louis Ruggiero, for his work in the development of this fine athlete and for his overall contributions to MHS Athletics. Coach Ruggiero also led the MHS Girls' Cross Country Team to an undefeated season this year. 3.
