Recipients who HAVE NOT DELEGATED reporting to Sub-Recipients receiving $25,000 or more in ARRA funding.

Establish communication channel between the CCR contact, who will receive the FederalReporting.gov PIN (FRPIN), and ARRA Recipient Reporting Coordinator(s). Register in http://www.federalreporting.gov. Notify ONC Project Officer that Section 1512 reporting duties have not been delegated to subrecipients. Develop rosters of the ARRA Recipient Reporting Coordinators at each vendor and subrecipient organization. One roster should list each vendor and sub-recipient receiving $25,000 or more; the second roster should list each vendor and sub-recipient receiving less than $25,000. For ALL vendors and sub-recipients: Provide guidance on how to calculate jobs. Develop a system to collect jobs data from all organizations in time to verify, aggregate, and submit to http://www.federalreporting.gov. For sub-recipients who received $25,000 or more: Ensure that sub-recipient organizations have a DUNS number. For vendors and sub-recipients who received $25,000 or more: Develop a means to collect those reporting data elements not already available, including information on sub-recipient vendors that received $25,000 or more. For vendors and sub-recipients who received less than $25,000: Track awards which will need to be reported in the aggregate.

For sub-recipients who received $25,000 or more: Send the following data to sub-recipients, thereby enabling FederalReporting.gov to match the sub-recipient data with the correct prime recipient: Prime DUNS number Prime Award number Transaction type (contract or grant) For sub-recipients and vendors who received less than $25,000: Track awards to vendors and sub-recipients of less than $25,000 which will need to be reported in the aggregate.
