SCOPE and DELIMITATION The general intent of this study is to know the self care practices of middle adolescents

in college department of saint marys college of baliuag with the focus on students health and wellness promotion and illness prevention This study will mainly identify and assess different factors that affect the present hygienic measures of the middle adolescents students. Also , this study yearn to identify on how can the researchers develop and assist the middle adolescents students to be self reliant and governance in identifying , dealing and intervening with the different health issues related to hygienic measures that the middle adolescents students is currently facing and the problem that may come into future. This study will be conducted with limited amount of financial resources and time framework.
