The undersigned has probable cause to believe the above-named defendant on the, at 4000 CENTRAL FLORIDA BV (Zone: 22

) in Orange County did

On 9/10/11 I, Deputy Shaun Halleran, am and was during this date employed with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. At 1925 hrs I was currently working an off duty assignment, assisting with the UCF football game. I was working in a official capacity and was wearing an agency approved class B uniform. This uniform had an Orange County Sheriff's Office patch on each sleeve and a Sheriff's Office star on the left chest. I was assigned to a stadium post, sections 101/102/103, to assist with an unruly behavior. At 1925 hrs I observed two event staff members attempting to escort a white male, wearing a white shirt and dark colored shorts, out of the stadium from section 101. I observed as the white male was standing in the isle and grasping the railing with his right hand. The subject was turned facing the event staff and yelling at them. At this time, I walked across section 102 and attempted to make contact and assist the event staff. As I reached the isle that the altercation was taking place the event staff members looked at me and stated "He has to go!". I looked at the subject and stated "lets go" the subject looked directly at me, acknowledged my presence, and stated "No bro!". The subject, later identified as Andrew Galbo, was still gripping the railing and began to lower his center of gravity to defeat any efforts of moving him. Galbo was still yelling and was extremely irate. As he was yelling at me no I was able to smell the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and persons. At this time, I removed Galbo's hand from the railing and instructed him to start walking towards the lower isle to leave. Galbo started to walk up the stairs towards me and yelled "Don't touch me Bro". Seeing Galbo's aggressive behavior I grabbed him be the left shoulder and redirected him down the stairs. Once at the bottom of the stairs Galbo continued his aggression towards this deputy stating "Don't push me bro, you're not tough". While stating this Galbo began clinching his fists and again started walking towards this deputy. I again attempted to grab Galbos' right arm and redirect his motion towards the exit. Galbo pulled away and again turned to square off with this deputy, while stating "Don't you touch me bro". With Galbo's willful defiance and aggressive behavior I gave Galbo a palm strike to the chest area and forced him towards the railing. I was attempting to utilize my radio to call for additional assistance due to Galbo's aggressive behavior when e attempted to force his way off the fence and grab this deputy's hand. I moved my hand up Galbo's chest and grabbed him just under the chin, forcing his head back, to gain more leverage. With my attention temporarily diverted to my radio Galbo was able to push off the fence and dropped his center of gravity. Galbo wrapped his arms around this deputy's waist and began to push this deputy backwards while lifting me off the ground. At this time, Seminole County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Morris <196032> arrived on scene and attempted to assist with gaining control of the Galbo. Galbo continued to attempt to lift this deputy higher to slam him to the ground on his back. While I tried to regain control I felt as Galbo began to redirect his motion from up and was beginning to force me to the ground. I was able to regain contact with my feet to the ground and before falling to the ground I was stopped by hitting the stadium seating railing. While pressed up against the railing I felt as Galbo began to pull on my gun belt. Unknown if Galbo was trying to again pick up this deputy but in fear that the Galbo was trying to retrieve one of this deputy's weapons to use against him I attempted several knee strikes to Galbo's mid section. With the assistance of Sgt Morris Galbo was redirected to the ground and I was able to gain a position of advantage, on top of Galbo. While on the ground Galbo continued to fight and resist deputies. While on top of Galbo I continuously stated to him to stop resisting and utilized a pressure point pain compliance technique, applying pressure to Galbo's jaw line by his ear with my thumb. I was forcing Galbo's head to the side to avoid being spit on and turn him onto his back for handcuffing. Galbo forced his head to look straight at this deputy and then spit into my face. I again turned Galbo's head to the side and attempted to assist other units on scene with turning him over for handcuffing. Control was finally gained and Galbo was turned onto his stomach and handcuffed. During this entire part of the altercation Galbo continued to threaten this deputy and they me "That badge don't mean shit, don't touch me bro". At this time, Galbo was picked up off the ground and I began escorting him out with additional units. After approximately 10 feet of walking Galbo again turned towards this deputy and attempted to spit in my face. I utilized my left hand to push Galbo's face away. Galbo again began to resist and plant his feet to braise against being escorted out. Galbo began to trash his body and attempt to pull away from deputies. Galbo began to utilize his left knee to strike this deputy in the right thigh, willfully striking me three times. Galbo was redirected to the ground to gain control and avoid an injury to deputies. Galbo was then escorted to the UCF substation. At UCF's main station I Galbo was placed into a holding cell. While attemtping to gather Galbo's information to right the report he again became hostile. Galbo stood up while pounding his fist stating that I wasn't nothing. This deputy had no further contact with Galbo and he was transported to BRC by UCF PD. This deputy suffered abrasions to both of my hands, right wrist and elbow, and bruising to both knees.
