Completed International Student Postgraduate Application Form. Original or certified copies, in original language and English translation, if applicable, of the transcript and statement of completion for qualifications which you need to have completed as an academic requirement for the course that you are applying for. Original or certified copy of English language test or statement from the administrative department where you have completed a course stating that the whole course was conducted in English.
