We have found that a comprehensive approach is most effective in alleviating chronic pelvic pain symptoms. You will have a one-on-one clinical evaluation with experts in chronic pelvic pain, an individualized treatment plan created just for you, and several daily interventions to help ease your symptoms. You will be given the information you need to continue this plan of care after this retreat week. We invite you to take this special time for yourself... to care for yourself... and improve the quality of your life.

Registration fee: $750 Payable by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Registration forms and payment are due by Oct. 1, 2011. Fees are non-refundable after Oct. 14, 2011. Clinical services will be billed to your insurance; you will be responsible for clinical services/co-pays not covered by insurance.
