INTRODUCTION

A banking management software for solving financial applications of a customer in banking environment in order to nurture the needs of an end banking user by providing various ways to perform banking tasks. Also to enable the users workspace to have additional functionalities which are not provided under conventional banking software. It provides the access to the customer to create an account, deposit/withdraw the cash from his account, also to view reports of all accounts present.

OBJECTIVE
To achieve, the list of all account Details comprising of account number, name and balance amount. Withdrawal and Deposit Accounts Provides options to withdraw and deposit amount from the given account numbers.

Feasibility Study
Many feasibility studies are disillusioning for both users and analysts. First, the study often presupposes that when the feasibility of a document is being prepared, the analyst is in a position to evaluate solution. Second most studies tend to overlook the confusion inherent in system development- the constrains and the assumed attitudes. If the feasibility study is to serve as a decision document, it must answer three key questions: Major findings and recommendations of the study. It is ideal for the user who requires quick access to the results of the analysis of the system under study. Conclusions are stated, followed by a list of the recommendations and a justification for them.

STEPS IN FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS Eight steps are involved in the feasibility analysis, they are:-

Form a project team and appoint a project leader. Prepare system flowcharts. Enumerate potential of the proposed system. Define and identify characteristics of the proposed system. Determine and evaluate performance and cost effectiveness of each proposed system carefully. Weight system performance and cost data. Select the best-proposed system. Prepare and report final project directive for the management.

Hardware Requirements(Minimum requ.)

Development Processor : Intel Pentium 4 or above Main Memory : 160 MB Hard disk : 40 GB CD Rom : 52x Keyboard : 104 Keyboard Monitor : 15 Implementation: Processor : Pentium 4,I3,I4,I5. Main Memory : 512 MB Hard disk : 7 GB Keyboard : 106 Keyboards Monitor : 15 Mouse : Scroll/Optical

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Development
Operating system : Intel Pentium 4 or above Languages : VB Backend : M S ACCESS Testing : Manual Testing Documentation : Manual

LIMITATIONS

As the system is using old technology, so the system is slow and time get wasted of employees. The existing system takes time to search records or interacting with user of system. Extra Man Power is needed to maintain the data efficient. As the modules are separated for each user of system, so more man power was needed. Banking is generally a highly regulated industry, and government restrictions on financial activities by banks have varied over time and location. This application is not internet base. So, these limitations make the Existing System hard to maintain. So, the system is automated and the given objectives are achieved to make a proposed system which makes the work easy.

CONCLUSION
At last I have achieved for what I was trying so far. My commitment & hard work has brought me a good fruit in the form of new management system. So, the new system is proper working. It takes considerations of each & every minute feature of the system.
