9:30 AM Crumbs under the Table Scripture: Matthew 15: 21-28 Text: Matthew 15: 27

New members classes - Dr. Jerry Bilkes has agreed to teach the
classes beginning September 25 after the morning service. Please contact him for more information.

From the Deacons: Please prayerfully consider giving to the Education

Fund collection scheduled for today. For the current 2011-2012 school year we are making a slight change to the current assistance program. Families may fill out an education assistance form in September in order to receive aid at the beginning of the school year, instead of in February, as was done in previous years. The assistance forms are in the narthex. Please return them to the deacons today. Beginning with the 2012-2013 school year we hope to increase the assistance available to families who enroll their children in Christian schools. Our hope is to be able to offer aid to every family regardless of need.

5:50 PM - SONG SERVICE Psalter 225: 1, 3 & Psalter 230: 1, 5, 7

6 PM - The Last Stop Scripture: Hebrews 1:1 Hebrews 2:4 Text: Hebrews 2: 3a
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

~ From The Consistory ~

Visitors, welcome. We hope you are blessed through worshiping with us this Communion Lords Day. May God be worshipped acceptably under His Word today.

September 27 (Tuesday) 9:30 AM Ladies Bible Study. Coffee is at 9:30. The lesson starts at 10. Nursery is provided. Women of all ages are welcome. We will be studying 1 & 2 Thessalonians - Living the Gospel to the End - by Kathleen Buswell Nielson. The books can be found in the narthex in a box marked Ladies Bible Study. Please call Jeanette DeBlaay or Meta Moerdyk if you have questions. October 1 (Saturday) 7 AM Saturday Bible study breakfast meetings st rd are scheduled at 7:00 the 1 & 3 Saturdays of the month beginning October 1 at Rainbow Grill in Hudsonville. We plan to continue with the Epistles of John. For information please contact Dwight Prince. October 4 (Tuesday) 7 PM Dorcas Guild. Our project for the month is hygiene kits for International Aid. These are the items needed. 12-16oz bottle of shampoo 3-6.4 oz bar of soap a washcloth 4 - 6 oz tube of toothpaste 6 inch toothbrush (individually wrapped) a comb 2 - 6 oz hand sanitizer 2.5 - 3.5 oz "stick" deodorant (no spray)

Today, Dr. Jerry Bilkes will preach for us. The sacrament of the Lords Supper will be celebrated in the midst of
the congregation this morning. May the Lord bless us all as we celebrate. There will be no Sunday School/catechism classes this morning. The Psalter of the month is #100: 1, 2, 4

Our midweek fellowship evenings will begin October 12. We have

scheduled these for the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The second fellowship evening will however be Thursday, October 27. Details will be given later for these meetings but please schedule your family activity to be able to participate with these means of grace.

Parents of Sunday School children are reminded that the Heidelberg

Catechism memory work and the Psalter of the Month is now posted on our website. We also remind parents of younger children that the teachers will wait for you to pick up your children in the main room downstairs. We would rather not release the younger children without parental supervision (or an older sibling). The teachers also appreciate your promptness in this regard, so they aren't constrained to wait a long time after the class is finished.

The Boys and Girls Club is planning a new season. All children 2nd
grade to 8th grade are invited to attend. We do need helpers at each meeting to make this year go smoothly. We also need someone to help take leadership of the girls meetings. Please see Steve Kleyn if you can help make this year a great year for the Boys and Girls Club.

Next Sunday, Dr. L.W. Bilkes will conduct our worship services, D.V.

Thank you very much for your prayers. Martha had a major surgery
because she had tumors. She is very fine. She was discharged on Monday morning. Our house is at the edge of the hospital facilities so we were assured of medical attention. The wound is healing very fast. She is taking some exercises- walking around the house already. We are very grateful to the Lord for such a miracle. May the Lord bless you. Matalius Likhoozi Please Remember in Our Prayers: Mrs. Winnifred Nordyke is still in the hospital. There is a slight improvement but not without continued concern.
