STATUS OF SERVICE TIME: (The ministry of the church is full-time because the Christian faith is a whole-time affair. Full-time or part
time pertains to the amount of working time contributed by the Church Worker to the whole ministry of the Church depending on his/her circumstances and availability. Service time is primarily on the framework of KAIROS (fullness or quality of time) more than of CHRONOS (chronological time). The number of hours spent by church worker should be equally measured qualitatively according to the demands of the programs and services rendered by the church.)

(Full-time church workers are expected to work in his/her pastoral assignment at least 5 days a week, and takes his/her pastoral assignment as primary vocation.)

COMPENSATION: (According to the 12th Annual Session held on May 9-10, 2011 the approved action: NA ANG STANDARD MINIMUM SALARY NG MGA FULL TIME ORDAINED AT UNORDAINED AY P12,000.00; AT ANG PART TIME ORDAINED AT UNORDAINED AY P9,000.00, BATAY SA PAG-UUSAP NG IGLESIYA LOKAL AT NG MANGGAGAWA. and an implementing guideline was also acted during the 12th Annual Session, THAT A CHURCH WORKERS ASSIGNMENT WILL BE ARRIVED AT, FOLLOWING A TRIALOGUE AMONG THE CHURCH WORKER CONCERNED, THE LOCALCHURCH THAT IS MAKING THE CALL, AND THE CONFERENCE THROUGH THE SETTLEMENT COMMITTEE, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING:1. consideration of providing a just and fair compensation commensurate to the nature of work expected from the church worker; 2. existing applicable laws; 3. the church workers family circumstances ;and 4. the general economic conditions prevailing at the time.)
