The family in modern times has undergo alot of changes that many people are now becoming unaware of its meaning in connection with marriage, the role of the church is to illuminate us a about the beauty and grandeur of marriage. A synod took place on September 26 to October 25, 1980 to show the profound interest of the Church to the family, so as to help people recognize and educate people about its place in the modern world. The Church feels the need to share the Good news to the people as to the full realization and understanding of God's plan There is an need to the understand the mystery of marriage and family, questions and anxieties lingering in the minds of the young people wanting answers, but subjective beliefs and perspectives has endanger the freedom and capacity for correct and sound judgment. The evangelical discernment of the church must be founded by their faith to God that they will be lead to the deeper truth and mature discernment of the present and how they will relate the orientation to the people. The present world is full of lies, misconceptions, deception, corruption and alike, but in the search of the sign of the salvation of Christ, an education for love rooted in faith can lead to the capacity of interpreting "the signs of the times," which are the historical expression of this twofold love. In Gradualness and Conversion and Inculturation happening at this moment, the Synod was right to begin by considering in depth the original design of God for marriage and the family: it "went back to the beginning," in deference to the teaching of Christ. Man is created from the image and likeness of God, marriage shared by man and woman is an interior requirement of the covenant of conjugal love which is publicly affirmed as unique and exclusive, in order to live in complete fidelity to the plan of God, the Creator The future of humanity passes by way of the family. It is therefore indispensable and urgent that every person of good will should endeavor to save and foster the values and requirements of the family. Loving the family means being able to appreciate its values and capabilities, fostering them always. Loving the family means identifying the dangers and the evils that menace it, in order to overcome them. Loving the family means endeavoring to create for it an environment favorable for its development. The modern Christian family is often tempted to be discouraged and is distressed at the growth of its difficulties, to follow Christ is the right way.
